Errors are not straightforward, that leads to contacting Appian Suport for further analysis.

Moving away from emails, and letting users send requests through Appian applications.

Some of the features are still not up to date to current needs. Like adding footers or more control over scrolling

I like how Appian releases new features every quarter and keeping up-to-date with latest technical features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things Appian can improve on is increasing the limit of records that can be synched from 4 million to at least 20 million.

We use Appian as the BPM platform tool across the enterprise to complete client requests. It has helped the business drastically make their processes more efficient.
