What do you like best about the product?
Appian as BPM platform has pioneered the low code market and is always committed to continuous innovation. It’s simple to code , learn and develop extremely fast applications which has helped world’s largest organisation to improve customer experience and compete in the market. It’s a great platform for digitisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI could be more attractive and dynamic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was working on an project for one of the US top ten insurance company in which we digitised their legacy system using appian in modern application which provides different line of insurance to the customers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Appian as BPM platform has pioneered the low code market and is always committed to continuous innovation. It’s simple to code , learn and develop extremely fast applications which has helped world’s largest organisation to improve customer experience and compete in the market. What do you like best about the product?
It’s low code platform, though is not completely low code. But the documentation and function description is very much helpful.

It’s browser compatibility for every appian feature.

It automatically makes us to be organised from start.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some errors are not discoverable very soon. Need to spend more time on debugging
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple UI platform which allows users to store data with simple approvals and tasks.

We did this application within a month

App Ian was extremely helpful in setting up an easy to use application for submitting timesheets, expense reports, and PTO requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downsides are the limitations inherent in the level of technology the platform is able to provide developers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian has made it much easier to submit timesheets, expense reports, and PTO requests all in one place.

If you are looking to streamline a business process, Appian can be a great solution.

Appian is an amazing platform, it has a very high performance, it’s easiest bpm process designer and execution mentor, also gives a chance to change the process instances values and execution paths at run time

limitations in web design, it gives just change som colors and some layouts

What do you like best about the product?
At the beginning of my training period, it was much difficult for me to understand. But as I get to know about and learned it,it become very easy to understand all the terms. I found it very interesting to work with appian. The work which usually takes hours to complete is done within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many factors which can be improved as that are not in designing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am going with customer service application. Building a CRM platform.
