Appian is the way!
What do you like best about the product?
Appian is the only way is our internal mantra at our organization. We are shifting to streamline all requests going through Appian. we can track, clone, and view client information and case creation seamlessly and have better visibility into our requests. it's easy to implement across all teams. they have great customer support and we now use this every day multiple times a day. this was easily integrated into our system and works well with Salesforce
What do you dislike about the product?
like any software system its always hard to deal with change management but once you get in there and use it you quickly forget the old ways or other tools that were used previously.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian is bringing our departments together and allowing us to get away from manual documents by creating online forms and tracking.
The easiest way to develop professional-level applications is to use modern development frameworks and tools that streamline the coding process, provide robust libraries, and offer comprehensive documentation. Additionally, leveraging cloud services for deployment and scalability can enhance the development process.
What do you like best about the product?
The learning curve to get into Appian is not bad at all and the system is super user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system does not permit developers to customize interfaces using HTML/CSS code.

Digital transformation refers to the integration of digital technology into all areas of a business, fundamentally changing how you operate and deliver value to customers. It also involves a cultural change that requires organizations to continually challenge the status quo, experiment, and get comfortable with failure.

What do you like best about the product?
With the appian low code platform, I am able to quickly and effectively build apps for my clients that address their specific use case and business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Appian platform has unhelpful ways of alerting users to errors. A bit of a learning curve on how to figure things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Appian is solving Uber specific client needs that aren't available on many out of the box platforms

Some of the features are still not up to date to current needs. Like adding footers or more control over scrolling

I like how Appian releases new features every quarter and keeping up-to-date with latest technical features.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the things Appian can improve on is increasing the limit of records that can be synched from 4 million to at least 20 million.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Appian as the BPM platform tool across the enterprise to complete client requests. It has helped the business drastically make their processes more efficient.
