Low Code Excellence
What do you like best about the product?
Appian is a very powerful low code platform that allows quick and iterative development while overcoming difficult or complex requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process modeler is in need of an upgrade. The record writes have become annoying with how they only store the primary key. Text styling is not as dynamic as it could be for an application or user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have improved AI, record sync limits, and scalability. These all allow for more dynamic solutions and more use cases for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Decentralized data fabric really resonates with companies with data silos. The idea of creating data lakes and using Big Data to extract meaning is gone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Simple UI does not resonate with every customer

The ability to create proof of concepts or v1 of applications in an extremely short amount of time.

We needed to create a simpler user interface to a legacy system that in one day can be disconnected. We were successful in doing that.

Faster time to go-live - clicks, not code.
What do you like best about the product?
Lots of horse power under the hood. Can deliver as much or as little complexity as needed. Very robust implementation ecosystem. New case management studio goes from low code to (almost) no code.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve for sure. Low code on its own is not a panacea. Still need to have solid requirements and business strategy. Solutions can get very complicated if you end up stitching multiple 3rd party systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rapid go to market - significantly cutting down development time and cost. Especially in case management use cases, where the emphasis is on workflows and automation.

Quick implementation, on the fly configuration changes, support from Appian experts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost of licenses that customers may not be able to easily budget for.
