What do you like best about the product?
The ease of implementation and breadth of features are unparalleled.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only critical feedback I could give is that I wish there were more integrations with other service providers. There's already a lot, but I would love more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me solve implementation issues around the document processing space, makes our applications accessible to every developer

What do you like best about the product?
Great UI
Refined data fabric layer
Addition of process mining and RPA
Evolving platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The need to make adjustments to your code to be able to make it mobile reactive. Also the issue of not being able to inject custom code using java script
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a fund management service and Appian is used for onboarding different customers and funds into our system using Appian's Connected Onboarding Solution

What do you like best about the product?
It doesn't take long to learn and once learned, you can quickly and easily build some really impressive apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all enterprise-grade and might also suit well to smaller developers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It speeds up a lot of processes that currently exist over email, where tasks are triaged to users.
On the development side, it allows rapid iteration and deployment.

Host it on kubernetes relatively simply

Very hard to integrate with any other automation tool. Impossible to manage configuration via api. Loads of overhead to run on prem

What do you like best about the product?
Appian's low-code approach simplifies the application development process, allowing users to create robust and functional applications with minimal coding. In my opinion ,this not only accelerates the development cycle but also makes it accessible to individuals with varying levels of technical expertise. With that in mind Appian allows rapid application development is commendable. Appian enables users to swiftly bring their ideas to fruition, resulting in a faster time-to-market for software solutions. This agility is crucial in today's dynamic business environment.
Appian also excels process automation, streamlining complex business workflows. Im my opinion, this capability enhances operational efficiency by automating repetitive tasks and ensuring a smoother flow of processes. This not only saves time but also reduces the likelihood of errors in critical business operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost: Some of my clients have expressed concerns about the cost of Appian, stating that it might be on the higher side compared to other low-code platforms.

Limited Customization in UI: Although Appian offers tools for designing user interfaces, some of my clientes have mentioned limitations in terms of highly customized and intricate UI designs. Depending on specific design requirements, users may find the options somewhat restrictive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my oppion appian helps my clients streamline and automate complex business processes. By offering solutions that address process inefficiencies, I can demonstrate how your Appian services improve operational efficiency, reduce manual errors, and enhance overall productivity for your clients.By aligning my Appian services with this problem-solving aspect, I position myself as a partner who understands the unique challenges that my clients face and offers tailored solutions using the capabilities of the Appian platform. This can enhance the value proposition of my services and benefit your consulting business.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great and the new enhancements thatbare being rolled out will make the use of Appian even better. Also, the quality of the staff are above and beyond your competitors.

Making the cost of the platform more affordable so that we can role out the platform to other parts of my firm.
