OMNIGO/Report Exec
What do you like best about the product?
The product: Report Exec is ideal for healthcare security departments, stand alone and enterprise systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of this review. Nothing. I've had very positive interactions and experience with all levels of the Omnigo team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The abilty to pull data from incident reports and calls for service has been extremely helpful to identify trends that that can impact staff and site safety. In addition, the ease and ability to run multiple types of reports is extremely helpful. The reports are easy for clinical and non-clinical leaders to understand. It also lets them see the level of activity at thier hospital and more specifically, their department.

Some functions are limited such as photo viewing, locations and some data retrieval. need better or updated manual for basic end-users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking of reports and managing our records and reports.

The software allows us to tailor it to our needs. The support and continual improvements in the technology keep us on the cutting edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, the software does not automatically submit state-based incident reporting, but it is in the works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software allows much better tracking and support for many departments of the university.
Omnigo Great Support and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like having a report writing program and Dispatching program all in one program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Segregating User rights was a little issue. We would have liked more flexibility to narrow certain fields like read-only to more specific areas as opposed to all having read-only.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't really have any big problems and all technical problems were able to be resolved through support.

There are many options, tabs, and resources to verify that nothing is forgotten.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the options make it difficult and time consuming to ensure it is filed properly.
The platform itself is complex, and glitchy and requires too many credentials and verifications.

No real problems have been solved, unfortunately.

What do you like best about the product?
I think that the interface is smooth and user-friendly. I love that it is web-based so that you can access it from anywhere. Their support team is accessible and responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
what I never really like was the fact that you cannot access the application without access to the internet if there could be an option to use the application in offline mode?

Good Program but needs to be more user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
This would be a great program if it would allow users to see other municipalities. It doesnt work well for that. The last time a few municipalities tried to make it work, it cost a bunch of money that they never refunded fully because it failed miserable. In most businesses, if it failed, they would give you a full refund, Omnigo said that they spent a lot of time towards it so they kept a large amount.

What do you like best about the product?
This system is very easy to use! Even our most technologically challenged team members were able to learn how to use the system. I love that it allows me to pull reports without having to keep separate spreadsheets in another program.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a bit of a process to train all of our users, especially those who aren't the best with technology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our case reports had to be manually archived, our old software didn't have as many features with attaching digital media and linking reports and supplements together. The Omnigo software has really helped us ensure all reports are complete before being finalized. It has also helped with our compliance with the Jeanne Clery Act.

Omnigo has helped modernize and simplify many of the jobs in our office.
What do you like best about the product?
We have been able to streamline most of the paperwork and reports in our office. Having one centralized place for all of different reports has made it easier to combine records and to ensure we are not losing any data that is important. The dispatch software that comes with it is also an added benefit that allows the dispatcher to keep track of ongoing incidents and saving the officers from having to search for information while in the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike. This company is always on their game. When something goes wrong or doesn't work they work very hard to fix the problem. I have never dealt with such wonderful techs and customer support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of sifting through piles of reports or records I can put in a search criteria and everything I need pops up. Omnigo has helped us to mainstream our parking permit process and make it more accessible to people on our campus. Any time I have had an issue Omnigo has been quick to respond and even when they don't have an answer right away, they stay in touch and keep me informed of their progress.
