What do you like best about the product?
Using IQ and CDP on a weekly basis.
The Data Collection, Standardisation and Transformation is well integrated in the products and relatively straightforward to implement. Working with concurrent users on IQ has been improved over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with other tools and activation of users is possible, but there are often a lot of caveats / unexpected restrictions / rough edges that makes the usage of AudienceStream a subpar experience compared to Tealium IQ.
In theory a big numer of features are present, in practice some of them fall short for actual use cases.
Out of the box templates (IQ & Audiencestream) need more involvement from customer support/tealium consultants than you would hope for.
Better release management/the ability to work on multiple topics concurrently in AudienceStream is long overdue.
