What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Base64.ai is its high accuracy and ease of integration. The automated document data extraction works across many document types without requiring complex templates, which saves a lot of time compared to manual processing. I also appreciate how quickly it processes documents and returns structured data that can be directly used in workflows or applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that while Base64.ai handles many document types well, it can occasionally struggle with highly complex or poorly formatted documents, which may require manual verification. Additionally, customization for very specific document formats or edge cases can sometimes take extra setup compared to simpler extraction tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Base64.ai solves the problem of manually processing large volumes of documents by automatically extracting key information from files like invoices, IDs, forms, and receipts. Instead of spending time entering data by hand, the platform quickly identifies document types and converts unstructured document data into structured information that can be used in workflows or systems. This benefits me by saving significant time, reducing human errors, and allowing me to focus on higher-value tasks rather than repetitive data entry.
The best OCR on the market.
What do you like best about the product?
Its very helpful to have a build in ocr for workflows and have it as accurate as base64 is. Its most definietly one of the best on the market for integrations and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface isnt the best, looks somewhat cheap. I also wish there was better integration with cursor or claude code to make the workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use it to compare large credit agreements and pull items out of hundreds of invoices.
Great for documents and automation. Underlying NLP model could be better. Unpredictable.
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable aspect of it. I can process and map most documents on here with ease. I like how prompts are isolated from one another. I also like the automation capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that it feels like the underlying AI engine does not do a great job at more text-based documents. A prompt may work well, but on a very similar (almost exact) document where I am attempting to extract the same text, it will not do so in a way it did for a different instance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Extraction of covenants from credit agreements. It makes the entire covenant identification and boarding process much more efficient.

Not sure, I have never used it. But it sounds neat.

Probably the lack of information out there about it. ChatGPT is way better known.

Base64.ai has saved me more time than any platform in scanning customer IDs and classifying docuemts automatically. It is easy to setup and work with the initial features. Processing of receipts and invoices is fast and simple with automated data extraction system.
