Simplified solution to manage multiple e-commerce portals orders and inventory easily. Complete inventory management system to manage your offline as well as online inventory.

What do you like best about the product?
With the help of vin-eretail you can improve your online orders processing efficiency. You can process all marketplace orders in one screen with simple packing process.
As it reflects real time inventory on all marketplace, chances of order cancellation due to zero stock is almost impossible.
It allocates/ reserves stock for online orders automatically, hence we can come to know exact stock available in our hand before processing any offline order.

They should provide setting to change session timeout duration. Rest everything is fine.

We are 3PL service provider. We have various clients and their various types of inventories like appliances, apparels, footwear, etc. It has helped us to maintain all types of inventory in easiest ways.

Nothing is worth to be mentioned. They are not up to the dynamic needs of the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything. Lack of product support, Unprofessional service levels, no flexibility for customization.

Order Management and Warehouse management. The only benefit worth mentioning is API integration

Almost all features, mainly warehouse management and order management.

We used to do lot of manual work before using eRetail, now it's very fast and alot of time saving as well as accurate.

Definitely they can go with it.

What do you like best about the product?
The way everything has different tabs for every function. And th UI is very user friendly. The best feature is the detail export option for where you can download the whole data in the form of excel file and work on the reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many things they can work on such as for arranging reverse pickup manually you have to do it if there can be an option of uploading a file and getting this done it will surely increase the productivity.

I am in a refunding team and managing system stuck orders. For the hold orders which we put on hold for internal checking. Creating reverse pickups.
