What do you like best about the product?

I have been using Celonis for the past year, which has helped me in many ways. It has helped me to create a more standardized process and process which is transparent. It has also aided my team and the company in reducing non-value-added steps. Performing data analysis on the process steps is more accessible than any other competitors in the market. The user interface is easier to understand and use. The data analysis helps us to ring fence the problem and tackle it. The task mining helped us to track details at very small level

What do you dislike about the product?

Celonis also has its fair share of disadvantages despite its advantages
1. Price of the product is higher than the other products in the market
2. The customization can take a long time
3. It should have a simple drag and drop option to make it easier for anyone to access the tool.
4. Whole trying to integrate with any other tool it has thrown errors.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Celonis comes with a wide range of benefits. Some of the benefits that I have witnessed are
1. Easy to use- It is very user friendly
2. Easy to Deploy- Deploying the tool is more accessible, and the user community gives a lot more support than any other product
3. Automatic Process mapping is beneficial
