Powerful Process Mining Software with Robust Analytical Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is a comprehensive process mining solution. Celonis is powerfull process visualization tool. Also provide advance analytics, Support and training. Celonis is Flexible and scalable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity and pricing are the points which could be Improved. Celonis has proven to be an invaluable tool for process optimization and gaining actionable insights.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I want to make career in the field of process mining so i was searching for the tools which are used in process mining luckily I found Celonis where I understood the concepts of process mining and during that I found that Celonis helps users identify and address inefficiencies in process execution. Also Celonis enables users to make data-driven decisions by providing rich analytical capabilities.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis process mining is one of the best process mining tool where we can find find root cause behind process inefficiencies . We can also perform automation through the process mining. In process mining we can create dashboard which show's how's the process flows . We can identify the important KPIs . In process mining we can visualise our processes . The simple to use low -code analysis features allows us to make dashboard with minimal Times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which i have observed in dislikes that is it's more expensive than others tools. And also we are experienced very bad customer support with our tickets they take long time for a single reply sometimes without having any valid reason they closed our tickets .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Process mining helps uncover hidden inefficiencies, bottlenecks and the potential for automation to reduce overall process costs
2. There is no shortage of data available within business operations but having tool to use that data and create actionable insights that improve efficiency
3 . It's faster and more accurate than the lengthy and often subjective process mapping workshop.

What do you like best about the product?
Total transparency of the entire process. It will show you the critical bottlenecks to work upon them and improve the over solution. Help to improve customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I know it's very expensive. Not all firms can afford it. It might need to look into the market so that medium size industries can utilise the tool and get benefitted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It'a process mining provides shocking truth about the process and how complex it is. After the proper analysis we had a lot of items which are disturbing the straight path, we were able to reduce the deviation.

Yet to explore very large datasets . Recent plugins can enhance end user experience

Better analysis of process data. Easy to load data with the help of multiple connectors to other systems
User-Friendly Interface, Configurable Yet with Growth Potential
What do you like best about the product?
I find the user-friendly environment and ease of use of Celonis extremely valuable, making it accessible even for non-technical users. The analysis feature is particularly useful, as is the case-centric backend setup. It effectively solves problems across multiple process areas, and the scope of development is impressive compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the presence of useless functionalities like the OCPM, which has recently been implemented but is very buggy and lacks specific required features. Additionally, the new views implemented on the front end are not useful at all, and the previous analysis options were more beneficial. Therefore, I would prefer to remove both the views and OCPM features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Celonis to solve problems across various process areas like order to cash and inventory management, benefiting from its user-friendly analysis feature accessible even to nontechnical users.

What do you like best about the product?
It has helped me to create a more standardized process and I have worked in UI and signavio.It has a well integrated collection of applications which are used to automate the process and which is really helpful and yes , compared to other tools, it is flexible and we are able to create our own use cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
1.The drag and drop option has to designed in a flexible manner inorder to make it easier to access the tool.
2.Price of the user license is little bit high when compared to other tools.

It's helpful in deciding whether the process is to be considered for automation and user friendly and easy to deploy. It's really helping business to improve the processes by identifying and automation of tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
More easily than the competition, data analysis may be performed on the individual process phases. The interface requires less cognitive effort to utilize. The data analysis aids in isolating the issue at hand. With the use of job mining, we were able to see even the minutest of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics component, comprised of Views and the knowledge model module, is quite difficult to utilize. It calls for complex programming and has a high propensity to disrupt the status quo. Every week, my client told me to tidy up my code.

In the past year, I've benefited greatly from utilizing Celonis. It has assisted me in developing a more consistent and open procedure. My team and I have been able to cut out some unnecessary processes thanks to it.

Celonis now performs automated scans to check the Knowledge Models for and flags missing descriptions and duplicates

RPA integration with other vendors such as Automation Anywhere, Blueprism etc. could have been better

Celenois is helpful in determining whether the business process can be considered for automation, The recommendation is based on keystroke level analysis which is helpful in convincing the stakeholders
