In process mining we can create dashboard which show's how's the process flows . We can identify the important KPIs . In process mining we can visualise our processes . The simple to use low -code analysis features allows us to make dashboard with minimal Times.

The only thing which i have observed in dislikes that is it's more expensive than others tools. And also we are experienced very bad customer support with our tickets they take long time for a single reply sometimes without having any valid reason they closed our tickets .

I know it's very expensive. Not all firms can afford it. It might need to look into the market so that medium size industries can utilise the tool and get benefitted.

It'a process mining provides shocking truth about the process and how complex it is. After the proper analysis we had a lot of items which are disturbing the straight path, we were able to reduce the deviation.

I find the user-friendly environment and ease of use of Celonis extremely valuable, making it accessible even for non-technical users. The analysis feature is particularly useful, as is the case-centric backend setup. It effectively solves problems across multiple process areas, and the scope of development is impressive compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the presence of useless functionalities like the OCPM, which has recently been implemented but is very buggy and lacks specific required features. Additionally, the new views implemented on the front end are not useful at all, and the previous analysis options were more beneficial. Therefore, I would prefer to remove both the views and OCPM features.

I use Celonis to solve problems across various process areas like order to cash and inventory management, benefiting from its user-friendly analysis feature accessible even to nontechnical users.
