What do you like best about the product?
Speed to Insight. With Celonis EMS Store, data can be converted into sights in a matter of days. The speed at which this can be completed is incredible
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost model. When you purchase a process you with 256GB of space. Once you exceed this you have to purchase another 256GB of space. A process is very expensive so maving to pay twice just for more GB is a raw deal
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working on Order to Cash and are looking at the end of end model across all markets and shared service centres

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis allows you to easily identify, quantify and objectify the bottlenecks in any given process. Even for non advanced programmers, it is possible to get results fast.
The Community and customer support are always available to answer questions and explore new ways to evolve and address any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a difficult one. Probably one of Celonis greatest problems is how easily you can overcomplicate your analysis and loose focus, depending on your company's organization and hierarchy's.
So, one simple advice would be, if you feel your analysis are getting to complicated, stop, go back to basics, back to the drawing board, and try to follow the success examples of other companies in implementing Celonis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main focus as been:
- Credit Recovery process (broad-spectrum intervention with the aim of optimizing the process E2E)
- Credit Decision (identifying bottlenecks and gains with RPA and other improvement opportunities)
- Costumer Experience (global analysis)

In terms of benefits, we've been able to provide real-time data that wasn't available. We also were able to identify bottlenecks (that are being addressed) and quantify how much the activities in the processes we are analyzing cost and how much we can "win" with some simple otimizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis provides excellent data management. This data mining tool has lots of options and flexibility for customization. The system is well organized and easy to use; we are constantly growing our footprint of the usage every day. It is an enterprising tool that is rapidly developing each day, to fit the evolving analytics insight industry. The people who work at Celonis are of a high caliber and have expressed a comprehensive understanding of our business goals and objectives while also providing exceptional customer support. Celonis enables deep dives into dating mining without overwhelming its users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love more printable materials, instead of videos.

Well packaged product with Process Analytics and power of Action Engine

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of integrating with on-prem and cloud applications for data extraction. Process Analytics provides user friendly dashboards and greater insights into the business processes. What's even more useful is the ability to utilize the KPI's built in Process Analytics and utilize them in the Action Engine to drive the process improvement over the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way groups and user permissions are structured is definitely very robust and flexible but at times could be confusing to understand. I think a centralized user permissions console would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using the tool for process mining and automation activities in the PTP business processes (data from Ariba and SAP-ERP systems) which has provided business the ability to look into some of the important KPI's, identifying deviations from the standard process/policies and taking necessary actions using the action engine.

What do you like best about the product?
A very big advantage is the process transparency that is created with Celonis in a perfect combination with the KPIs. With this combination, process knowledge is generated and process optimizations are identified. In addition the action engine brings added value which the business users can be proactively triggered to intervene in the process.
Furthermore we got the opportunity to expand and professionalize the foundation of our Center of Process Mining with the BVA engagement. With his comprehensive know-how the BVA has shown us which topics we should focus on in our company and how we can push process mining even more in order to uncover optimizations and to show success. We now have the right baseline and the right tools and methods to reach the next level with process mining
The cooperation with our Celonis colleagues, such as Customer Success Manager or BVA, is very positive. The support is very professional and constructive in order to find or work out solutions together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup phase and the establishment of the data connections take some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the first step, we implemented the Accounts Payable process and created process transparency for a better understanding of the process and to identify process inefficiencies. Currently, we are also implementing process mining into the eCommerce area, to identify optimization opportunities.
