The most cool process Mining tool - Celonis
What do you like best about the product?
Too easy to learn, set up, implement and deliver. It's maintainance and support is also less resource intensive. It is a tool to enable the hyperautomation journey of an enterprise. An enterprise can use it to identify it as a single source of truth. It helps organizations to identify the frictions in their complex business processes after giving an end to end visibility of their processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's dashboard designing and the vertica SQL is less mature because it does not provide the specific reason, if there be any error. So if he error logs can be a bit ore user friendly then it will be great. But mind it, it applies only for newbies to SQL, expert resources like me are okay to live with the hint of error and I don't need the detailed information about errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to Identify the frictions of business processes, Provide end to end transparency to the execution of business processes, Acts as a single source of truth for business processes, Enables the timely actionable intelligence cascading to the concerned person, so that if some KPIs are not aligned with the business expectations, then the responsible person can be automatically informed about it or maybe the needed action can be triggered from Celonis itself, through its action flow functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, UI, Dashboards, Process Conformance view and easy to use action flows to create a Control Centre for any Business Process. Pretty easy to deep dive into the process with just few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis pricing is a bit on the more expensive side which creates barrier to entry a bit more difficult.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is providing end to end visibility into the business process which allows to unlock optimization potential of the process.
It allows to create Digital Twin of the process which makes sure that the processes are optimized in real time.

What do you like best about the product?
Their Copilot feature is quite good for business users and the AI capabilities are amazing and the best part is the support which Celonis team provides, be it technical side of things or how to maximise the value output for business
What do you dislike about the product?
Their LLM model need some improvements because their pre trained LLM models sometimes gives false positives and for now we cannot fully rely on output which are generated from AI features like Annotation Builder
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the same thing for which Celonis is designed i.e. Process Analysis. Using Celonis, we can automate a lot of tasks using Action Flows and can present data in a better way to the stakeholders

I don't dislike Celonis, I would like it to have more mature task mining capabilities.

Process Mining in Celonis is disruptive and works at and E2E LEVEL. That is the most helpful feature.

We have recently started implementing OCPM and it’s a great and better way when it comes to visualise end to end process. On top of that, Copilot is great addition as its implementation highly reduced service tickets.

AI Code Assistant feature to help data engineers while writing transformations will be amazing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier when we used to look at the feedback from customer we were very confused where we are lacking but now Celonis helped us with its Process Analysis and helped us make our process more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is an amazing platform to boost your business processes by identifying the execution gaps and resolving them. It can handle a huge amount of data and transform them into information required to smooth the execution of your business. it can also provide automated actions required to make the process run more efficiently. They also provide a free learning platform. There are certifications for different levels of employees. The dashboards are visually appealing and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis being a powerful tool, It has its downsides too.
1. Difficult to learn and understand even though they provide a learning platform.
2. The time for implementation into the PROD environment is long.
3. Difficult to integrate into other applications.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using Celonis for SAP ERP operations along with RPA tools for automation. The initial investment and effort were huge however the benefits realized were worth it. Once we added the logic behind for analysis it is easy to get the results in a few simple clicks in the future. It is quick and free of mistakes. The internal operations were more streamlined after celonis implementation which improved the operational efficiency and It increased business agility.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It requires an act of courage to successfully implement celonis. It is a tough job initially but not an impossible job. it is suitable if the process volume is huge and the users involved in each hierarchy are more. Once we implement it there is no going back. It gives a positive direction to your business.

Over all tool is excellent, However Ui can be improved and Visual loading in dashboards is taking longer time which is bit disappointing at time.

What do you like best about the product?
I love this Process Mining Tool because of its amazing out-of-the-box capabilities which help to find the frictions in the process and help to optimize the revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, it is going great. I couldn't have any bad experience as of now, it's working absolutely as per the requirement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am trying to solve the customer pain points which are high throughput time, low automation rate in their Ordeer to cash business.
