What do you like best about the product?
You can use Celonis to analyze data from a majority of CRM systems. But the real strength is in the possibility of exploring processes whitin a company. Almost an instant identification of bottle necks in a process, cycle times, changes, reworks and an automation level enables a different point of view on what happens behind known areas. Deep diving into all details helps you to specify reasons for identified issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
A visual side of Celonis may be smoother. However, this is not a typical visualization tool; therefore, there is no real need for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mainly try to eliminate reworks.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis has provided a never-seen-before view of business processes, identified improvement opportunities, and automated performance reporting. Celonis' implementation team executed on all levels to achieve project objectives on schedule. I strongly recommend considering Celonis' consulting services to augment internal resources. The consulting team was highly engaged, motivated, and continuously added value through system tuning, expanding analytical tools, and dashboard development. Putting catchy phrases and buzz words aside, the team truly cared about our business and took a personal stake in our success. We are better because of Celonis and the consulting representatives that supported our journey to achieve excellence.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to say anything critical about Celonis and the team project team that worked collaboratively with our staff. Celonis rotated team members on and off during the engagement, which caused some concern; however, they maintained business continuity. Celonis' consulting team went above and beyond; their relentless drive and desire to help their clients is something I haven't since with other consulting engagements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis provided visibility into aspects of operations that were a black box; efficiency gains were necessary to remain competitive. Celonis provided a never-seen-before view of business processes, identified improvement opportunities, and automated performance reporting. The level of detail and precision Celonis' solutions offer allowed us to prioritize and focus resources on improvements that would deliver the most significant benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The realtime nature of the solution and the insights it drives. Celonis visualizes the process and every single process variant to identify the most important execution gaps. The output of this process mining activity is then aggregated into easy-to-digest business views allowing users to analyse the most critical metrics to their process. Celonis offers a great way to identify where to start, especially for processes that seem hard to tackle at first glance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! If anything, for people considering implementing Celonis: Please appreciate that although connecting Celonis to your source-system will prove relatively easy, it's the validation of the data that will still require a lot of attention and time. Don't overpromise to your sponsor until you have gone through the full validation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are focused on our Accounts Payable and P2P processes. We needed to identify actions that could be taken to address low scoring KPI's. Celonis shows us the low-hanging fruit at a glance and provides the much-needed granular level insights. Not just an historical view of where we went wrong in the past, but rather insights into issues when they happen, where they happen, as they happen.

is very easy to use and helps the org to analyze the root cause of the problems and take and inmidiate actions. I use process analysis and action engine. our process is improving.

to be honest i like too much the tool as a user.

The possibility of connecting to the information system, extracting the data, and presenting the data in a graphical and understandable way. Additionally, Celonis can create an Action Engine and generate alerts for critical processes that are outside the established indicators, allowing it to be more preventive than reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
You must have a great technical knowledge of the ERP tables to be able to extract the correct information, perhaps a glossary could be offered with the main data tables of the main ERPs

Celonis has allowed us to optimize purchasing processes, accounts payable, collections, inventories, helping us to understand bottlenecks, adequate inventory levels and even improve our data management

Celonis allows you to analyze business processes to know the current process and make timely decisions that allow you to optimize processes and reduce workload

The insights that Celonis gives us into our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of versioning in some aspects of the software, meaning that if you make a mistake in a data extraction it's not easy to go back to a working version.

We are analysing our business to find out what we *actually* do, rather than what we *think* we do. This has given us insight into process failures.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to implement, unlimited possibilites, continous development of new features, user friendly interface, increasing community and last but not least, gaining massive transparency within your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to keep up with new features and possibilities in App store makes you feel like to miss opportunities. Service desk is sometimes slow in helping with issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improvement of your Order-to-Cash process, in particular reducing cancellation quote, throughput time and on-time delivery. Also better understanding of supply chain while using Purchase-to-pay process.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is not cheap, but worth the investment. Make sure your organisation is ready for some change management once Celonis is set up.
Perfect tool for dig into details and at the same time see processes / figures from higher level.
What do you like best about the product?
Any kind of process improvement can be easily identified by using Celonis. E.g. automation possibilities, risk minimalization, rework reduction, etc... Helps to make decision on lower and higher managerial level as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
If someone is not involved into Celonis implementation process, it takes more time and effort to really understand the meaning of Celonis. Later joined colleagues are sometimes missing "Help button". :-)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any kind of ad-hoc topic can be clarified immediately. Useful for post evaluation of a new system implementation. Spotting if any extraordinary event happens in a process --> action planning --> fixing. Support standardization approach by comparing different process flows. Perfect tool for decision making on every level (objective, clear, quantifiable).

too many tabs at the bottom of the analysis, the name of the data fields is the technical name which is not always known by common business users

Excellent Process Mining Software
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly visualize existing processes and view the different variants is key with this software. Particularly when working with Clients, the process and variant explorer captures most people's attention and instantly gives insight into areas that the business was unaware of! This software goes beyond the limitations of Visio and truly shows multiple dimensions that were difficult to see before.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I have been underwhelmed by was the process repository. I think the functionality that I was accustomed to in Visio made this a disappointment to me. It would not be my first choice for designing the process flow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem that has consistently been solved with Celonis are identifying inefficiency in processes. No other software solution does this as seamlessly, making it very easy to digest. The benefits realized ranged from automation of processes, reduction in the timeline gap for communicating and follow-up within the workflow, and reduction in variations in the overall process.
