The huge amount of potential makes it difficult to get the business to focus on particular business cases.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We focus mainly on the P2P and AP processes in the future and have started with minimal business cases. While benefits realized to date have not been very tangible, we have high hopes that with further implementation and expansion into the business a larger value will be realized.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Have the discussion of dedicating resources and how you want to drive Celonis into the business early into your journey. Without the proper internal support or organization adoption is difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
The application is very user-friendly, with information at your fingertips. The developers have been very easy to work with and have provided the agility to make changes as requested.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently have anything to speak of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis is helping us discover pitfalls in our established processes and is highlighting areas in which we should put a greater focus to realize efficiencies.
Market Leading Process Mining Solution
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to spin up and create new process models. Great visualisation capability with Studio and Views. The Action Engine and Action Flow functionality makes Celonis unique and allows us to monitor inflight processes really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be really tricky to certain charts that would be very easy to create in Tableau or Spotfire. It would also be nice to have functionality to be able to easily format components on a page (e.g. snap to grid, align etc.). We also get ad-hoc errors when loading our data models in Celonis which are often hard to understand the root cause of which can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a process mining centre of excellence in our company and use Celonis across all parts of the business. We have worked with Finance, HR, Procurement, Ops and R&D. We are able to very quickly shine a light on how processes are being conducted and identify areas of non-compliance with the process and variant explorers and selection filters. We have also been using Celonis' CVA's to help us derive insights and value from the process models we have built. This has been really useful in helping us come up with tangible benefit calculations.
Powerful tool to get insight into our processes
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis enables us to visualize and benchmark our processes to quickly identify inefficiencies. The tool is flexible and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tools lacks structured documentation; I'd need a clear description of the different types of applications, user profiles and rights for example without having to watch a video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just starting! Still too early to tell.
Easy , Intuitive and Accelerated Process Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis enables you to find out insights and discrepancies across the processes and then allows you to find the root cause for that inefficiency, all in a matter of minutes, thus helping in accelerated process improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislike as such, but it can be an effort in terms of setting it up to integrate with the datawarehouse.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are standardizing and harmonizing our top processes using celonis. It also helps us in achieving our key customer metrics by insights generation and action engine implementation.

What do you like best about the product?
Over the past year, I got the chance to work on a Celonis kick-off implementation. The Software is very flexible and user-friendly. I received beneficial Celonis expert advice from Rei Otsuki. She was always there to support and guide us in the right direction.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will be great if Celonis can improve their concept for one-time data extracts. Although this is not the real power of the software, it will be beneficial to have an easy to handle one-time data extract process. That will definitely have a positive effect when proofing a value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We in Atos are just starting to implement process mining. The project's primary focus is to improve our internal processes for the key Domains O2C, P2P, P2O. No realized benefits yet.

What do you like best about the product?
It is intuitive; the user gets an excellent interface, it is versatile and can be used either for process monitoring, standard template adherence, KPI reporting or more, we are only scratching the surface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data consumption is hard to keep track of, need to spend more time than advertised actually to connect, and this is hard to explain to senior stakeholders after advertising how quickly the software connects via existing standard connectors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
KPI Automation and Process conformance, use cases include First time Pass rate for POs, Reduce retrospective POs, Working Capital dashboards for Order To Cash and Requisition to Pay, Reduce Spare parts lead time and delivery accuracy with global suppliers.

Recommend to start small, get senior stakeholders to support the initiative, demonstrate value and scale.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a lot of effort and time to set up the process model properly. But once the model stands, you will quickly see results. In addition, it can be quiet hard to bring the tool in an operational use on a daily basis. Creating new roles within the organization and building up know-how can be difficult and requires strong support from the management. Therefore, Celonis is willing to help in the internal communication and does advise when it comes to setting up a process mining organization within a company.

We are analyzing the accounts payable process with Celonis to improve our productivity, cut costs and make sure that our processes are compliant with external and internal requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis software visualizes the actual purchase-to-pay process. Now we can see from an undistorted perspective the entire course of each order, from creating the order proposal to the payment of the invoice to the supplier.
The Celonis company provides us with many benefits beyond the application. They regularly consult with us on application development, offer training and presentations, and provide us with a Business Value Architect who does an excellent job.

The implementation was easy, but the real challenge was to start generating value. Celonis is not miraculous. It is necessary to inspire all users within the organization to use it and begin to generate value requires hard work.
