Amazing product
What do you like best about the product?
The kind of product vision you have is the amazing one. All new features you are adding is helping us find better insights for our customers
What do you dislike about the product?
Process Explorer functionality can be improved, such as keep the process views static, and if we add further connections, it shouldn't distort. The best example is if you see the PafNow process view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are numerous, which can't be explained. I can say a simple statement to quantify the usage, "wherever there is process data anybody can reapout the benefit out of Celonis". Few benefits which I can ghilight is-

Excellent for collaborative work between process mining and development teams

The Celonis Data view in integration with the workbenches, makes it east for me asa data scientist

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're working on customer service optimization and digitization of the entire pipeline

What do you like best about the product?
Quick understanding of existing processes, with great modules like execution management system, action engine, and Celonis also provides well-defined tools to remove any gaps you have identified in your processes in real-time with rapid identification of process GAPS. Especially for SAP ERP systems predefined process connectors and analysis available. Great online training platform and training for different user roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data models need to be fitted properly, we discovered a huge number of process variants and I was expecting that Celonis is also providing a methodology to deal with that issue, but it's up to you how you cluster and organize any further activties. Also you need deep process knowlegde or need to understand the process to make use of the data. Offcourse the price could be better, and any customization needs more expertise of the product.

Process GAPS, Finding Automation Opportunities, Deviations, and arriving at a process KPIs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The solution has benefited our customers by having more transparency. A lot of times organizations are not aware of exactly how the process is in reality, the fact that they can map out the process and then see how the process is working in real-time is a huge benefit. I have found the automatic mapping of the processes themselves to be a valuable feature. The fact that this solution is agnostic and you can map a process across multiple systems almost automatically from the moment that you have the data mapped out, makes our lives much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
The out-of-the-box available connectors to multiple source systems, which enable visualizations at a very rapid pace.
What do you dislike about the product?
The claim by Celonis that almost everything can be done by business users and no technical support is needed, which is not true.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying variations in processes, data issues at source systems, accurate KPI monitoring over time.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Celonis is definitely worth a try. There are a lot of insights it can bring which cannot be imagined unless seen. Using the C4C+ model, a quick-fire POC can be done at a very low cost. If successful, organizations can go for the big investment but is not needed unfront.

User friendly tool to perform data mining, process mining, visualizations and simulation of data

Process workflows needs to be designed more detailed. This part is a very critical one business elevation

Visualizations of the data gives more interest to work

The capability of software to integrate with different database systems and the feature of process explorer

The science behind its establishment in any industry mostly relies on data scientists
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have digitalized the conventional value stream mapping through celonis and I have realized to view real-time and dynamic data from MES software installed in the production line. This live data has helped the production specialists to work on process improvements on the shopfloor.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe there more ways to look at how celonis can be adopted to an organization. This is powerful software and it's not just restricted to purchasing and IT functions. It has high scope to work with production data.
It's the Best Process Mining tool amongst the all the other tools

UI and level of details available are really good

May be I can say PQL is bit difficult and it has room of improvement in terms of marking it user-friendly

I am using it for analytics and also for process transformation

It not only indicates the outliers in the process but also provides a detailed root cause analysis which helps to remove the bottleneck
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides in the tool. The tool has been very planned and executed to cover almost alll the scenarios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We face lot of challenges in our P2P proces. Delayed/late payments was one of them which led to bitter supplier experience. With Celonis, it was identified that the invoice which was not sent on time was one of the major reason and we were quickly able to address the issue
A critical tool for any GBS / Shared Service Organisation
What do you like best about the product?
Execution Apps- They are pre-built modules available in Celonis for various domanins like Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable etc. They allow us to deploy and customise solutions for any organisation. It allows us to benchmark ourselves with the industry leaders by tracking prebuilt KPI with set benchmarks. We could also define additional KPI's for the same. The apps actively monitors the various activities defined within the process and generates insights and action for users . This is powered by machine learning algorithms. This tranforms the way users operate from a reactive mode to a proactive mode.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel the Dashboarding, and the PQL is not very user-friendly. It is not as convenient as Power Bi, wherein you can establish a data relationship easily. and create dahsboards in a plug and play mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily identify the Key KPI's that are required to be tracked and build dashboards for GIC's/GBS to monitor and track performance. Also, we use Celonis Execution apps on top of the existing workflow to generate insights and user actions. Also, we use Celonis to discover opportunities for automation and process improvement.

Setting up the data load for a non-standard process and with non-standard IT tools is quite challenging.
