This tool is good and has helped us realize good value .
What do you like best about the product?
This tool is good and has helped us realize good value by optimizing a lot of processes.its help us understand the process issues in supply. Improving the process at core level has been achieved using Celonis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are performance issues and basic functions that are available in excel that are not part of the tool which would be helpful. There is no loop function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has also helped us understand the process issues in supply chain and manufacturing which indirectly impact the purchasing and selling of goods

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis offer more customizations (in terms of KPIs and dashborading). The PQL syntax is similar to an SQL syntax and hence is relatively easy to master. This reduces the learning curve. Celonis' certification are hands on and apt.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis (like any other discovery tool) is good a problem identification. However, there is no mechanism to know how to solve the problem. The isn't a great amount of help available online or via Celoni's online channels/support team to debug any issues.

Bottlenecks Identifcation, Varaint Analysis, Time and Motion Study.
It was quite good experience still i believe there is room for improvement

it is easy to find what is the cause of things, it helps to really solve the problems insted of beating around the bush

the support process is not good.and also admin should have a option to see as other user

The upsides include enhanced operational efficiency, improved decision-making, and the ability to uncover hidden bottlenecks and compliance issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
One potential downside of Celonis is its complexity and steep learning curve, which can make it challenging for new users to fully leverage its capabilities. Also, the implementation process can be resource-intensive and time-consuming. however, i feel the cost of the software to be prohibitive, particularly for smaller businesses.

Celonis provide a data driven analysis. It is flexible, time saving and cost effective.

There is some challenge for integrating with Celonis with current system. It purely depend upon the quality of the data. Also the implementation and purchasing cost is high
