What do you like best about the product?
That you can build your own app, Celonis is basically becoming a Software for everything.

Celonis helps in visualizing and underatanding processes. It is very usufull for a lot of basic processes but you can add also custom process

It is quite difficult to use the ocpm. Anyway the academy is a wonderful way to learn on your own

Easy to use, everyone looks at the same data

The product is quite expensive. Additionally, it does not allow you to add pictures, and the formatting options are very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brought transparency to our processes. By using task mining, we were able to clearly see the duration of each process and understand their associated costs.

Celonis has been a game-changer for our process optimization efforts, giving us a clear, data-driven X-ray into how our operations truly run. While the initial setup and learning curve were a bit challenging, the visual insights it provides are incredibly powerful and have helped us identify some bottlenecks.

Unmatched Process Visibility and Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The end-to-end process transparency is what I like best. The software instantly highlights bottlenecks and compliance gaps in our operational data. This ability to visualize the actual process flow—not just the ideal one—is transformational for identifying root causes of inefficiency

The initial setup and data integration phase can be complex and time-consuming, requiring significant technical effort. Additionally, the licensing model can be challenging to navigate and optimize for smaller-scale use cases within a larger organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Celonis uses Process Mining to solve the fundamental problem of operational blindness. We think our processes (like Procure-to-Pay or Order-to-Cash) work one way, but the data often proves otherwise. Celonis extracts transaction data to give us an objective, X-ray view of our actual processes.
The key benefit to me is identifying and eliminating hidden inefficiencies (the "bottlenecks" and "rework loops"). For example, we've used it to pinpoint the root cause of late invoice payments and significantly increase our captured early payment discounts, which directly boosts our bottom line and working capital.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy the setup process is with Celonis, saving me time and hassle from the start. The intuitive interface allows me to rework tasks quickly without needing to rely on other tools. I appreciate the feature that lets me filter priorities, streamlining decision-making and workflow efficiency.

I find Celonis automates my processes, simplifying decision-making and reducing workload with an easy interface and prioritization features.
ETL
What do you like best about the product?
ETL is an essential component of any data pipeline. ETL stands for extract, transform, and load, and I appreciate how it takes unorganized data and refines it, making the data clean and providing proper context. This aspect of ETL is something I really value.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, my experience exploring this platform has been positive. In terms of user experience and the interface, I would probably rate it a 7 out of 10.

By creating a digital twin of an organization's operations through process mining and execution management, it becomes possible to uncover hidden process inefficiencies.
