Easy to work
What do you like best about the product?
We can analysis the process in better way then other tool and also have more components to work,we can add the images to look good on dashboard and explore more .
What do you dislike about the product?
Till now am didn't see any dislike in celonis process analysis.some times I got late mails from Celonis support team if get get better in Celonis will get much better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see the details of whole process of my analysis and also explain to other about my analysis, also Celonis provide the PQL documentation to refer and we can work on our process

What do you like best about the product?
The best about the celonis is it's EMS capability that makes celonis the market leader in process mining such as action flow , transformation center, studio , action views .
What do you dislike about the product?
After upgrading , process analytics is less used as the studio only developer can develop and business view the business analyst can view the analysis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
celonis solves the process improvement opportunities , to figure out the bottlenecks and find root cause analysis for same. Actionflow also very helpful for Automation.

Process mkning capability in celonis is best. Other vendors are not that great

The task mining capabklity, rpa capability, UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is a great platform for accelerating business processes by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks. It can manage a substantial volume of data, translate it into the information needed, and give automated steps required to speed up the process.
Compared to other tools, Celonis is more flexible and intuitive. We are able to do our own analyses and create our own KPIs.
Celonis offers a lot of educational resources and exposure to its ecosystem. For different employee levels, there are several certifications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price of licenced products is high, and Celonis' task mining division is still far behind competitors in terms of efficiency.
Sometimes the implementation process takes longer than expected, and integrating into many systems might be challenging.
Finally, we need some good knowledge in SQL, even though it is a low code platform

User friendly and easy to learn
What do you like best about the product?
When comparing to other process mining tools available in markets such as SAP Signavio,QPR,IBM..etc, Celonis will be more easy to handle, For me the Analysis part is best because if I want to pinpoint on any activities and their outputs I can just work it out in component filter with just few lines of PQL queries so thats the which I like the best and the otherthing is their customers support we will get instant response from their customer support team which is also I think its best.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me dislikes,
i)Sometime it will failed to upload data.
ii)In Studio if we are working on view,skills or anything if we kept it idle for few minutes and working on someother it will continuously starts as to ask are you still editting? Which will be slightly annoying.
iii)There is no auto save option in studio we need to click on save,whenever we are shifting from one view to other while analysing if we forgot to save the datas will be lost.

Celonis helps us to create an analysis of entire business process, So from this we can able to monitor our business and we can able to discover and pinpoint the exact bottleneck so by resolving them we can make the business cost effective and time effective

What do you like best about the product?
Too easy to learn, set up, implement and deliver. It's maintainance and support is also less resource intensive. It is a tool to enable the hyperautomation journey of an enterprise. An enterprise can use it to identify it as a single source of truth. It helps organizations to identify the frictions in their complex business processes after giving an end to end visibility of their processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's dashboard designing and the vertica SQL is less mature because it does not provide the specific reason, if there be any error. So if he error logs can be a bit ore user friendly then it will be great. But mind it, it applies only for newbies to SQL, expert resources like me are okay to live with the hint of error and I don't need the detailed information about errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to Identify the frictions of business processes, Provide end to end transparency to the execution of business processes, Acts as a single source of truth for business processes, Enables the timely actionable intelligence cascading to the concerned person, so that if some KPIs are not aligned with the business expectations, then the responsible person can be automatically informed about it or maybe the needed action can be triggered from Celonis itself, through its action flow functionality.
Celonis is the best Process Mining platform out there
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of Use, UI, Dashboards, Process Conformance view and easy to use action flows to create a Control Centre for any Business Process. Pretty easy to deep dive into the process with just few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis pricing is a bit on the more expensive side which creates barrier to entry a bit more difficult.

Celonis is providing end to end visibility into the business process which allows to unlock optimization potential of the process.
It allows to create Digital Twin of the process which makes sure that the processes are optimized in real time.

Celonis is the best process mining tool in the market right now
What do you like best about the product?
Celonis is very easy to use and you can get trained by using detailed courses from Celonis Academy free of cost which I think is a very great thing which Celonis team did
What do you dislike about the product?
Not particularly do I dislike something but Celonis is constantly working on improving its tools and I am sure in near future they will make Celonis more powerful and make it more flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the same thing for which Celonis is designed i.e. Process Analysis. Using Celonis, we can automate a lot of tasks using Action Flows and can present data in a better way to the stakeholders
Best for process Mining, needs improvement in task mining and RPA aspects

Process Mining in Celonis is disruptive and works at and E2E LEVEL. That is the most helpful feature.

It's RCA feature and connectors which can interact with a lot of applications which is very useful. We can transform data in Celonis which is not present in process mining tool of UiPath
What do you dislike about the product?
Celonis should make UiPath connectors more powerful like we still can't do a lot of things when it comes to UiPath from Celonis and I want Celonis to also include OCR
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier when we used to look at the feedback from customer we were very confused where we are lacking but now Celonis helped us with its Process Analysis and helped us make our process more efficient
