What do you like best about the product?
I like how DeCYFIR provides an “outside-in” view of our threat landscape. Instead of just listing IOCs, it gives contextual and predictive intelligence — linking threats to specific actors, TTPs, and our exposed assets. The attack surface visibility and brand protection features are also very useful, and the dashboard makes it easy to prioritize risks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall the platform is strong, but one area that could be improved is providing clearer technical documentation and easier integration options for different user roles. At times, some alerts can feel a bit noisy, so having more granular controls to fine-tune what matters most would be very helpful. These adjustments would make the experience even smoother and more impactful for users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DeCYFIR helps uncover hidden external risks such as exposed subdomains, weak certificates, and phishing campaigns targeting our brand. This allows us to prioritize mitigation faster with contextual and actionable intelligence, rather than just raw threat data.

DeCYFIR helps us identify and monitor external threats, including leaked credentials, phishing campaigns, and potential vulnerabilities that could impact our organization. By providing predictive and contextual intelligence, it allows us to proactively strengthen our defenses rather than reacting after an incident occurs. This has reduced our risk exposure, improved incident response time, and given management greater visibility into the evolving threat landscape.
