Used Opsera for metrics from JIRA
What do you like best about the product?
One good thing about Opsera is you can see all the metrics from JIRA in a single dashboard. We can have a comprehensive view of all the projects in the same account

Should have been more customisable based on the organization

Helping view all metrics of projects in a single dashboard and help me identify in which phases are taking more time

GUI based CI/CD pipeline creation, really very easy to integrate, very easy to use frequent tools and create dashboards for tiketing tools like Jira,
also they have dedicated coustomer support team. Using Opsera is so easy and helpful

What do you dislike about the product?
Some time the, individual responding to user query are not capable to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Major benifit i saw is Opsera is really time saving tool (platform), the way they have builded the features are really fantastic - like Integration options, GUI based CI CD, toll and service support and many more.

The maintained database, which presently includes rudimentary security features, requires Visual rudimentary upgrades. Furthermore, customising choices are limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opsera has been instrumental in solving key challenges in our DevOps processes. The platform's automation and orchestration capabilities have significantly reduced manual effort and enhanced the speed of our software delivery. The simplified integration of various tools has made our development ecosystem more cohesive. The visibility and analytics provided by Opsera have been valuable for identifying and addressing bottlenecks in our workflow. Additionally, the platform's focus on collaboration has improved teamwork across different departments. Overall, Opsera has positively impacted the consistency and scalability of our deployment processes, contributing to more efficient and reliable software releases.

Great service but tough UI
What do you like best about the product?
Opsera is a great solution for enterprise CI/CD setups. It allows you to manage all kinds of CI/CD tools and pipelines in one place, and configuration management is great as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that's off-putting about Opsera is that the UI can be tricky to get around. It is sometimes slow and laggy, and setting up complex CI/CD pipelines can often be tough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opsera helps make CI/CD easy, and it has helped create complex pipelines using Argo and Jenkins very simple for us.

Great Experience with Opsera for CI/CD orchestration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Opsera provides all the well-established tools for CI/CD at a particular place and provides an efficient way of connecting them and integrating them with your business. Also it provides 100+ KPI for monitoring the performance of the system and teams and offers key insights about the system's behaviour. It was immensely helpful in integrating into the ecosystem and leveraging the power of Opsera. It is very flexible and can easily integrate into different organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think, overall the tool is great. I think as more organizations start using it, it will mature and become a market leader in CI/CD integration space. It will scale more perfectly with time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Opsera is helping integrate all the CI/CD tools we currently have and providing a platform where we can effectively connect all the CI/CD tools efficiently and manage our workflows smartly and efficiently. This helps us reducing the costs that is being spent on all the CI/CD tools and monitor the system with 100+ KPIs that opsera provide to monitor the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Efficiency has been improved and increased with the addition of more new platforms. CI/CD platform has better advantages compared to other competitive platforms and solutions.It provides self-service toolchain automation along with drag and drop declarative pipelines with better interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, custumazitation can be improved. Security can be better and need improvement.

Organization was facing the problem to incorporate different service toolchains to make sophisticated value-driven tools used within the organization where opsera is providing all the details.Its CI/CD platform has better advantages.
