Quick and efficient service
What do you like best about the product?
Communicated quickly with agent through chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not a great experience having to communicate with the bot first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Unable to communicate with customers via text, they are making it possible to resolve this.
Best ticketing tool I have ever used

Easy to use, customizable with macros to automate certain processes.

There's a slight window of opportunity for errors when sending a message, and internal notes are sent as customer-facing messages or viceversa,

Manage customer tickets both from tier1 support and escalated teams

Macros are helpful - great way to add efficiency to support and enable data tagging

Lots of inflexibility. Not being able to forward a full ticket thread to someone outside Zendesk is a huge problem. Reporting dashboards still need work

The ability to manage customer support in one platform

Some integrations are not available yet, multichannel integrations require integrations with 3rd party paid services
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have multiple support agents work together within one software platform with ease of understanding where things stand, with less meetings between team members
Definitely awesome experience! Very easy to navigate and understand, such a great tool!

Sometimes, Zendesk tends to load slowly, but it eventually works just fine.

Sometimes, some icons are missing and Zendesk support has always been helpful and it really benefits the business.

It is an all in one tool that can be easily accessed by users.

Sometimes it has its downside, like often times, it shows a blank screen .

It is an application that stores everything including the past messages or calls, so it is easier to access.

the easy customer suppport , and direct chat with them that make it easy to help them while browsing for answers

the new update is a bit hard to get used to it since evrything is in one dashboard

there is sometimes some bugs that make it hard for us to do our job , and hard to understand what's the issue

Smartness and automation featuress. Explore reporting is also very dynamic and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
2 dataset information cannot be joined in a single report is the biggest flaw i has seen till date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Day to day ticketing experience has been very good, solving the best part of our environment, which was automated reporting. Thanks for developing this tool. It has great features which can be used in many different ways.
