What do you like best about the product?
Updates, solutions to problems, and their integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
Messaging, especially through WhatsApp, which does not allow integration with an API and requires us to contract CRM tools separately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The unification of the work board, the automation of some tasks, and the time and cost that benefits us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a platform that allows you to organize, manage, and excellently handle the customer base you have for your company, providing the possibility to find better quality solutions for those who trust us.

What do you like best about the product?
Call routing (round robin) & Automated Q & A
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not the easiest to navigate, but I understand it's a complicated system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We never miss a call, it flows through 3 different staff members before hitting voicemail. The automations cut WAY DOWN on frivalous calls saving time & money.

Full ability to customize for your business needs

Note easy contacting Support for assistance. Dump the AI and return to a more social holistic chat approach. Legacy AI

They have a fantastic Guide Community, and how the Live Chat and tickets are integrated into one workspace, as well as social apps(FB, IntstaGram, Tiktok)

Nothing so far. Contacting support and getting help was simple

They solved my session timeout error. Its benefits me because now my live chats wont disconnect and i wont leave the customer in an empty chat room

What do you like best about the product?
Gives us the convenience to follow the progress on each case. This is definitely something I as a user would recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I don't like at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping me track the progress of tickets that are raised by our customers. As this is visible to both us and the customer simultaneously, it is very transparent in managing.

Charge for cancelled products, multiple Zendesk logins, impossible to contact support

What do you like best about the product?
There were not any bugs
Sent mass emails quickly using templates and email lists
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are a startup they give you enterprise free of charge for 6 months, you then cancel all products but they still charge you and they have a no refund policy!!

Zendesk have made multiple acquisitions and this has created a complex authentication process. You have separate logins different products and support.

You are unable to reply to support. You can't reply to their email so they give you a link within the email which doesn't take you to the page it says it does.

There are much better platforms out there than Zendesk. Zendesk sell is very basic, there are 10+ better CRMs, I am using Pipedrive at the moment and it offers far more functionality.

Doesn't work with Safari on iOS.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Basic CRM to help me keep organised.
My customers can raise support ticket every easily.
There are integrations available such as Slack so when a support ticket arrives I am notified instantly.

What do you like best about the product?
Great workflow for managing tickets. It's easy to categorise and respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of automatic refreshing of some views is unhelpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to track outstanding tasks and tickets in a simple view, allowing users to respond and updated with what they need help with.

What do you like best about the product?
The support module! It contains highly configurable views to ensure that the right staff have the right access to the appropriate support queues while all allowing us to remain in compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing to dislike about Zendesk support. It's customization and configuration capabilities mean that if you can dream it, you can build it in zendesk.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to manage a wide array of support types and issues for a large organization while allowing us to be compliant with the many requirements of accreditation organizations that we are bound to.
