Zendesk is user friendly. There are helpful articles in the community forum when you need help.
What do you like best about the product?
simple layout and easy navigation bar/tools
What do you dislike about the product?
linking the Facebook account. Kept hitting errors eventhough i have unlinked and redo it again
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
enabling us to glance all tickets under the group.
Is a very nice tool to help the management of all the inquires we have in our daily basis

the fact that everything is recorded on the system, even the calls, makes easier to know what happened
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that some accounts are just transferred from one user to another, and the names change retroactively

contact center knowledge base is important, because we can have a base for new users how to guide.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a complex solution that covers all that company needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The control panel interface is a bit complicated. It is tough to choose the proper sub-admin panel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk helps us to solve the support process for all our clients. We find useful the ability to integrate it with many different systems like MS AD or Auth0.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is very feature-rich software. Do not get confused for the first time. First, determine which admin portals you have access to and what features they control.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate through the various tickets, creating, merging everything is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Zendesk till now for me. Going great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk, we use to send and receive emails to/from Customers, All related to Crypto Queries we use to solve on it, very fast delivery of emails.

Yes, I will always recommend this Zendesk support to every organization, it is so fantastic and safe as well.
Zendesk is very smooth and easy to use. Support team is great as well.

I like the layout of Zendesk the best. Much better then other CRM's I've used
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how it does not display the phone numbers to people you call on the call log.

With the support team's help I was able to get logged into the Zendesk Sell mobile app

Very easy to navigate
Great helpdesk system (and not just helpdesk...)
What do you like best about the product?
Flexibility, user friendly, it helps resolving so many different challenges with running a Customer Service Team. Their Support Team is second to none.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing is the limited minimum time interval that automations can use, which is one hour. it would be great if this was reduced to minutes instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zendesk gives us the ability to support our Customers very efficiently and it can also be integrated in many other systems in use by most Organisations. The user interface is very easy to navigate and this reduces training time for new Agents. Customers are happy because their queries are dealt with in time.
Zendesk Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Zendesk allows me to easily customize the platform based on our different office locations throughout the world. We have over 130 staff who have access to the platform, all with various needs and it can be tailored for their needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it challenging to work with their Tier I support operators. It is evident they do not read the tickets that are submitted. They simply apply a related canned response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The original problem was needing a tool that would allow our support organization to grow. The benefits have been tenfold. We have been able to deflect tickets, report on metrics we never could before, etc.
Zendesk is the perfect suite for managing a large inbound support network.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the omnichannel approach, the easy user interface - and the ability to tailor the suite to my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much! I suppose that the chats could integrate into support more effectively - especially for times of high volume!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A long customer journey - solved by being easy to use and track queries. Been able to improve our products by quantifying the issues with previous models.

I would like to see more possibilities to integrate with our personal internal tool

Easy to navigate or setup. New features from time to time. Improvement bit by bit compare to the previous version. User friendly ui.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer to submit ticket online instead of via chat bot to get support help. Unless I don't know the short cut or can't find submit request after login to zendesk support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Application issues. Admin issue. Sales queries, Guides and frequently ask questions.
