What do you like best about the product?
The integration of customer data and the ability to use that to market within our email blasts. The many options for which we have to integrate. The testing tools and the documentation on how to integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i have no complaints. We have been able to perform all tasks for which we set out to complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to streamline our marketing emails much easier. We now have the ability to market based off of customer interaction with our website. Cordial has opened our eyes to our deliverability issues and given us a path to improve our reputation.

What do you like best about the product?
Cordial's Collaboration with the platform and our program is something we are extremely pleased about. We know that with Cordial, our thoughts are being taken into consideration and are often implemented and they are such a great team to work with. Even more than collaboration, we're very excited that we're able to create such robust personalized emails and modules for our program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bugs & data issues are pesty and can often effect efficiency and workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're implementing personalized emails and modules at a high rate. These emails have boosted contributed significantly to our program.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep developing and onboarding new things as we're always excited to try them out and present feedback!

Automation. Smarty, sculpt and event tracking are making complex automation possible
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Testing/Experperiment needs to have it own interface and not involved having to put additional code into the html.

What do you like best about the product?
Cordial API is robust and complete, allowing for custom solutions and quick implementation.
Our dedicated support team is always available and takes the time and effort to listen to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Admin UI is a little unpolished, although has gotten better over the last year.

Cordial is refreshing to work with from a data standpoint, they've allowed us to take email systems in-house so we can provide insight on performance and growth.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You might need some development resources to utilize all the features, but support is great. Shopify App will work for most businesses (we had to make custom solutions).

What do you like best about the product?
Cordial has great customer service. They are extremely responsive and have really helped us integrate our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some difficulties getting integrated with Shopify but the tech team at Cordial has really helped us get things connected and working.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We really want to target our customers and segment them and we are able to do that with Cordial. They have powerful tools for targeting and automation.

Definite Upgrade to the Current Email Landscape

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very flexible. Allows for a lot of data to be linked and drive messages. We've been able to consistently add layers and layers of data while automated our messages.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the flexibility can be too much. There are many ways to achieve a desired goal and without guidance it is difficult to know which route is best for your data structure. One thing they definitely need to work on and have recognized is providing more "hand holding" with programs or customer solutions. Another thing missing at times are some basic analysis functions. There should be simpler and easier ways to access data and analyze messages, programs and series. They are working on this too, but have yet to release very many updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A better more personalized message experience. We're a custom company and in that have millions of possible combinations and options. We're continually updating our experience to add new layers to our messages based on user behavior.

Ease of use with email drag and drop functionality

What do you like best about the product?
The Sculpt feature that allows you to customize a block of HTML to reuse on any email.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me writing the smarty code is the hardest or most disliked part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First and foremost the time it takes to create an email has been shortened a great deal. It took work to create all of the sculpt blocks but now that those are done creating an email is very fast.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good digital marketer in place that understands how to take advantage of all the features Coridal has. It would be beneficial if the main user of the product has HTML experience.
