  • June 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Databricks data intelligence platform is very unique and interesting product, it is very efficient and makes running programs so much faster and easier. Over the cost-efficient price and the uses of this platform bring so appealing is what made me choose this product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Someone I disliked about Databricks Data Intelligence Platform is it is a big slow at times when multiple users are using it which could be worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Data Silos and Fragmentation
• Problem: Data spread across multiple systems (e.g., data warehouses, data lakes, databases) creates silos and delays insights.
• Databricks Solution: A unified data platform that supports both data lakes and data warehouses (aka Lakehouse Architecture), allowing for a single source of truth.
2. Slow and Complex Data Processing
• Problem: Legacy tools struggle with big data, streaming, or real-time analytics.
• Databricks Solution: Leverages Apache Spark for scalable and high-performance processing of batch and streaming data.
