QBO Review
What do you like best about the product?
We can sync the QBO with bank this facility is not available in QBD. We can open QBO in multiple screen this facility is not available in QBD.
What do you dislike about the product?
We can't download the Accounts Receivable''s and accounts payable's ledgers in the ledgers format. It needs to reconcile the ledgers open balances. We can only see the open balances which is not always good for reconciliation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are recording the books using QBO. QBO is user friendly accounting software. It requires less time of training.

The best about is the bank feeds , transactions are directly fetch to the qbo.

Sometimes it may happen the error of the qbo

What do you like best about the product?
QBO is cloud based accounting & payroll software so we can access every where and it is secure. QBO is user friendly and easy to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing dislike about QBO but without internet access we could not access QBO.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
QBO provide to multiuser access and also we can provide access to user by role and it help to secure our data. QBO provide numbers of reports so we can quickly run & see reports and review of company financials.

It is user friendly and auto suggestion is a great thing.

It has technical issues sometimes which affects it's functions.

It's a cloud based software which helps us to access this from anywhere anytime without any interruption.

Go back feature. When we search for someting and if we go in detail for that search then it's difficult to go on our first page of the result from where we have started. So, would request to improve a little search option & also go back option

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand. Easy to use. Best Accounting software. Customize our Financial reports.Esy to search any entries or transaction with the help of search. Very simpal to understand bank reco and esy to make bank reco also like that we can attach the bank statement in reco for the future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While creating new entry it's auto duplicate the last entry with the same attachment so need to remember that remove the old attached of any.

Generally, QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to manage or even record every transaction you've catered to daily inside your company. Since the program is cloud-based, it saves you time from manually tracking what is happening inside your business. With QBO, you can run a report to show you every corner of your business. Aside from that, you can also integrate 3rd-party applications into the program to keep all your data in one place.
QBO is user-friendly software and it is easy to understand for new learner.

In QBO we are easily ask document to the client and client is provided document in QBO it is helpful to saving our time.

It is not allow to copy deposit. And we added it manually.

Multiple user can work on single company file.
Best software for bookkeeping, financials and creating a reports having multiple integration.

We can easily record the bank transactions from the bank feed and also integrate the multiple POS and online plateforms to record the sales.

QBO support is not that much user friendly and responsive to solve the solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am facing an issue to connect the bank feed as showing the error, I reached out to the support and they will resolvd my issue by forwarding the issue to their engineering team.
