QBO as a useful tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It's a cloud based software which helps us to access this from anywhere anytime without any interruption.
It allows us to open multiple tabs at a time to make our tasks easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
Go back feature. When we search for someting and if we go in detail for that search then it's difficult to go on our first page of the result from where we have started. So, would request to improve a little search option & also go back option
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doing of different clients and makes our life easier to keep a record of all the incomes and expenses and make a reliable financials for our clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand. Easy to use. Best Accounting software. Customize our Financial reports.Esy to search any entries or transaction with the help of search. Very simpal to understand bank reco and esy to make bank reco also like that we can attach the bank statement in reco for the future use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While creating new entry it's auto duplicate the last entry with the same attachment so need to remember that remove the old attached of any.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally, QuickBooks Online (QBO) allows you to manage or even record every transaction you've catered to daily inside your company. Since the program is cloud-based, it saves you time from manually tracking what is happening inside your business. With QBO, you can run a report to show you every corner of your business. Aside from that, you can also integrate 3rd-party applications into the program to keep all your data in one place.
QBO is user-friendly software and it is easy to understand for new learner.
What do you like best about the product?
In QBO we are easily ask document to the client and client is provided document in QBO it is helpful to saving our time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not allow to copy deposit. And we added it manually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Multiple user can work on single company file.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily record the bank transactions from the bank feed and also integrate the multiple POS and online plateforms to record the sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
QBO support is not that much user friendly and responsive to solve the solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am facing an issue to connect the bank feed as showing the error, I reached out to the support and they will resolvd my issue by forwarding the issue to their engineering team.

The UI, user friendly, best way to code bank and all the reports.

It is server based so sometimes it stucks on between and automatically logs out

What do you like best about the product?
The best about QBO is it provide us various reports for the purpose of analysing the things at ease and in quick time which correctly match with its name QBO. Reports liking Payable & receivable aging, Payroll reports and many help us in many ways to fetch exact data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is sufficient previous period for comparison for percentage analysis. Otherwise it looks good and fine to go with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As task I got to do bank and credit entries for a whole year at a time. I was confused little bit how I am gonna do that stuff. But due to bank rules process I have finished that in very short span and that help me a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get understand. Nevigation and function are cool. Multiple applications can be synchronised to update accounting. Good reporting style. Reconciliation process is easy to understand.bank and cc feed so, to record the transaction daily.

Sometimes it lagging while dealing with bulk account data.

Recording daily translation via bank feed so, business get upto date picture of their business performance via profit and loss and balance sheet.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. QBO is saving reconciliation of bank/cc but if anything changed after that, then there should be some report available which provides transaction deleted or voided
2. There should be option where we can import bank/cc transaction with GL and Vendor/ customer names.

What do you like best about the product?
Qbo is having feature of syncing bank and cc is the best thing about qbo.

As such nothing is there which cause dislike to qbo
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client which I am handling is having good amount of bank and cc transactions. Qbo helps in syncing and automatically downloads the transactions which helps in saving time. Crating rule feature is also good thing.

It's taking more time to load at the time of large client.
