Good connectivity with Quickbooks and Windows but lacking in other areas
What do you like best about the product?
eBillity allows me to access my client's billing system. My client manages the administrative work of setting up the billing codes and billable rates behind the scene. It syncs with their Quickbooks system seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
eBillity does not work well with macOS, other automation tools, or time trackers that I prefer. I did try to set up Zapier, but it did not work as expected and was spotty at best. Like my peers, I end up spending hours each month on the repetitive data entry work manually. I would avoid eBillity if I had a choice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use eBillity as requested by my client to record and share billable hours with them and help them convert the data into Quickbooks. It helps me maintain my relationship with my client.
Extremely User Friendly Way to Track Time
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely easy to use. There are multiple different ways to input time sheets. The timer feature (with start/stop buttons) as well as manual input after the fact give many options. Also, the time sheet autosaves after every input so you never lose your progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any major complaints. If there is not a companion mobile app already, that would be a nice touch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a part time worker doing mostly on demand projects, it greatly helps me manage my payments and ensures I don't forget any tasks I have completed and easily lets me invoice.

The admin dashboard is not great. It could be a little more user-friendly.

Client billing is more straightforward with ebillity.
Streamlined timekeeping!
What do you like best about the product?
Time Tracker is very customizable and has lots of management oversight and reports. Time Tracker also allows for multiple steps of cross-checking and time approvals. Time Tracker offers a lot of features for a very low cost for small or large businesses. The integrations are wonderful and run very smooth with our payroll and bookkeeping software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Time Tracker does not allow for a billable hour time-keeping method that also offers a non-billable timekeeping solution. Our staff is paid a base rate of pay and then also offer a 'billable' hour rate of pay. Our payroll staff still need to do the calculations to figure this which keeps us from syncing to Gusto.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business uses this timekeeping program to save time with work-from-home bookkeeping staff that would otherwise be required to deal with paper documents or faxing/emailing. This saves times and provides access to all staff at any time of day.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the most comprehensive and feature-rich timekeeping program for the cost!! The ability to customize and/or switch to using the different functions is why this program is our first choice!
Easy to Use and to report activities per entry
What do you like best about the product?
My company requires tracking by the client. Entries are easy to create and trackable later for Monthly reporting
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding rows sometimes is difficult, but I can usually refresh my screen and they appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems of requirement times per client. I start my day by signing on to eBility. It is part of my routine and I can't manage my time without it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to track for multiple clients during your day this is the perfect system
Simplified time tracking.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to copy time entries from previous weeks for entry. As a salaried employee, this makes entering my time very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that I necessarily dislike, but it would be nice to have recurring entries so that I don't have to go in and enter my time each week. Some colleagues are hourly and must enter their time daily. But mine is the same each week, so it would be nice to have it submitted automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracker allows our organization to track the time employees are spending on various entities and projects. It allows us to allocate employee hours so they refelct actual labor amounts accurately.
Ebility
What do you like best about the product?
I love this software. It is very helpful. I am able to track all of my time. This software is used by my agency and helps tremendously and is very critical because we have to keep track of our time. I love using this software because I love seeing all of my tracked time. It shows me that I am really out here working.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I really dislike about this software! I love it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with ebility is keeping track Fully 100% of my time and what I am doing on a daily basis. Due to ebility I haven't had any issues with keeping up with my time since I started using this software.

No Complaints
What do you like best about the product?
The copy last weeks timesheet function. Saves me time retyping my entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I copy my last week's timesheet and don't fill out a row, when I leave the page and come back, the rows that I did not use are deleted. I want to use those rows later, but I just haven't got to that project on Monday morning. So yeah, if a way to save all the time entries even if I haven't filled them out just yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer need to use an excel spreadsheet, saves me time working at a small buisness.
User-Friendly & easy to understand options on a timesheet
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to understand & fill timesheets. Easy to go to various timesheets as well. User-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not anything so far I can think of if rewind too.
