THE LIVE TUTORIAL THAT INSTRUCTS NEW HIRES ON HOW TO RECORD THIER TIME ACCURATELY SO THAT BILLLING TO THE CLIENT IS ACCURATE AND CORRECT

THERE ARE SPORADIC INCIDENCES WHEN THE TIMER WILL NOT CLOSE PROPERLY

Platform does it's job but can be a bit clunky
What do you like best about the product?
It enables me to input my hours and see the time of my direct reports. We likely don't use it to its full capacity, though...
What do you dislike about the product?
It is super clunky and often glitches from the user side. From the admin side, the notes never seem to populate to the excel spreadsheet -- and I'm unable to add job codes myself so not necessarily exactly what I need. Once I submit I often run in to issues with being able to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and capturing client hours for internal billing and reflection. Allows for us to take a zoomed out view

How easy it is to see what tasks you completed for the week.

Sometimes my hours don't save due to bugs on the site.

It's easy for us to move information into quickbooks as well as bill clients based on submitted hours from employees

It's simple, straightforward and easy to use
Simple, easy program. No complaints.

Simplicity. It is easy to log hours, and to find charge codes.

I dislike the new layout, the old one was simpler and I preferred that one.

The program at times changes my preferred settings, but this is an easy thing to fix

Tracking time for payroll and project billing; synchs with the accounting software we use, which increases efficiency

The best feature is the extension for Chrome, which makes it easy to transfer calendar entries into timesheets with description.

Nothing. There are some things that could be improved upon.

I like that it auto saves for me so I don't have to think about keeping track of that

What do you like best about the product?
The reporting feature helps you with analyzing your and all your team member's time entries. The reports are customizable to a certain extent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is on a little higher side. Sometimes the website crashes for no reason

Client billing is automated. All the team members work is being tracked regularly through ebillity
