Reliable, intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
eBility is a very easy to use platform to track projects and time spent by customers. Time can be entered from multiple devices. Integration with QuickBooks works very well. It will auto-sync or can be synched manually as often as needed. It simplifies the billing process in conjunction with QuickBooks. It's been great to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a specific thing I do not like about eBility. It just works well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eBility allows for tracking time from anywhere for traveling employees.

What do you like best about the product?
So straightforward, easy to use! I'm a huge fan!

There truly is nothing I can think of that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a TON of clients, so we're able to see how many hours we've worked for each! It's great!

Good time tracker, definitely could use some work on the frontend part
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use from the employee's point of view. Pretty good at finding the needed fields and entering the data. The time tracker connects to other billing and bookkeeping software, which makes it much easier to bill the customers.
The search of the customer by entering the aproximate name is really well done and provides a fast wat of finding the customer needed.
Had great experience with getting payed after entering the data in TimeTracker by eBillity.

What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks some batch processing and easy-to-use features. Frontend is relativly slow and sometimes logs out of the system during use.
The date picker could be better as well, specially when dealing with entering data for past months.
Does not save settings when enetering the same data for multiple entries. Could use some work in this department.
One of the major downsides was that it was hard to find the website, if the link was not bookmarked.

I was solving time logging and entering billing times for the customers. My manager would export the data to bill the customers accordingly.
The benefits were in the speed of entrance and the relative ease of data entarance. One of the best features is close search - it increases the rate of finding the right customer to enter the data.
The data export into invoices and the accuracy of the data is well done and provides an excellent customer experience. Having the ability to customize the data and enter the relative part of the gathered data is an overall benefit of using eBilility.

Time Tracker by eBillity is overall a good tool for small teams. It is easy to use and suitable for creating invoices in your billing software.

I love the new features available along the side, which allow me to maneuver between different categories easily
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism is that you have to delete an invoice before adding additional new entries onto a batch or individual pre-bill.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Navigating from one category to another, such as adding a client payment, makes it easy to make changes and corrections on an invoice.

Dashboard view width extends half the screen and does not cover the full screen size on laptop.

It is a very easy sofware to use, very intuitive. Summarizing is very user friendly, works great.

I like the interface and how easy it is to fill with information.

I'm not much of a fan of the color chosen for the interface.

The "reports" module is very useful for compiling and reviewing totals of hours worked for projects
It was helpful on time management.

Time card is not userfiendly as i expected.

It serves as a reminder on your job what task are you going to do, not just today but for the future. makes payroll easy.
