Excellent TimeKeeping product tightly integrated with QuickBooks
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with QuickBooks is outstanding and makes my job much easier. The review and reporting features also allow me to specifically review employees OT and client billables.
What do you dislike about the product?
For our purposes and the way the application is designed there is nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
THe problem I am solving is posting our time to QuickBooks for easy invoicing. The benefits are ease of reviewing time entries and reporting.

I can enter my hours pretty easily
What do you like best about the product?
Entering my hours, I can just click on stuff and enter stuff! It's great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all, this thing lets me enter my hours and it's great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to enter and track my hours solves the issue of not knowing how much I worked and what I did while I was working. It's great!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use it if you need to track your time on eBillity

Very simple and easy to use. Switching between customers is quick and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when entering the date it glitches and auto populates the info date.

It is easy to set up for all levels of staff.

Sometimes it takes a few menus to find past information.

We needed something to integrate with Quickbooks. Now with remote working it is even more valuable since it can be accessed from anywhere.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to separate the different activities by columns and rows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Incomplete columns getting deleted if you change weeks has made me lose work in the past. It also would be nice if there was a way to use the app while offline. Losing data after the app syncs can be frustrating.

It allows me to track my work hours and tasks each week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Time tracker pairs well with a well-managed calendar system. Having that in place will greatly benefit your experience of using Time Tracker.

Plugs into outlook, good interface thats easy to update

doesnt always sync correctly in outlook but seems to make it ebility correctly

That I can track my time in my calendar and it syncs with Ebility.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not being able to group times. For instance, I will start a project in the morning get interrupted, and get back to it 2 or 3 times a day. It would be nice to have just one entry for the total time I spent on that project. I have to go to the web to see the total hours I have for a day or week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I am not overwhelmed it is easier to track my day in my calendar instead of opening the web program.
