Time Tracker Review
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Easily can add new clients, projects, users, invoices without any issues. Support has been very responsive. Working between the computer and the app has made my job much easier!
What do you dislike about the product?
No real issues to list .. I love it! Nothing to report as a dislike

Accurately able to keep track of my hours per client and invoicing

It's user friendly format is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were easier to copy and paste the same qualifiers you have to select before entering the time. Usually my items are all billed the same so it's redundant to have to add them for each line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy for employees to understand and use and review past weeks of hours added.

A little intuitive design is necessary. This can be prompts before doing anything

The benefits are the important part. I just take 1 min to submit my time sheet.
Tracking time is simple and easy and I never have any issues.

The website is easy to use when adding new time entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when trying to run a yearly review, it can be not very clear.

The different hours I need to bill and if its billable or not. It is easy to change your time card after submittion if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have multiple timers as I can sometimes have to switch to different tasks throughout the day. I love the ability to pause and then continue or to come back and be done and that we can run our billing based on the timesheets as well
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little while for me to remember that a timer was still open if I accidentally closed the website and how to access that timer again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I keep better track of my time and what I worked on throughout the day than I did when I used a pen and paper planner to keep track, which makes me more billable.

The weekly time entry format is very convenient.

What do you dislike about the product?
The invoice format is not as flexible as I would like (or my bookkeeper).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, the reports are excellent and I can easily see how much is billed each week or month and compare everyone's performance.
eBillity is Fantastic!
What do you like best about the product?
We use eBillity to track time on billable jobs, as well as using it as evaluating our time usage with our clients. We can then easily predict an estimate of how much time we can spend for similar new clients when creating a proposal for a new client.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike from an administrator's point of view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to cost jobs at the end of the month and create proposals for new jobs.

What do you like best about the product?
This program is easy to use and easy to navigate. I love the stopwatch feature when you are working on a client file or are on the phone with a client to track your time. It is an excellent tool for accurate billing.

The only thing I found that I dislike are not enough columns for a week and you always have to add columns

We have a more accurate time entry picture and it is helpful in keeping daily track of billable work.
