eBility for Video Production Company
What do you like best about the product?
What our team likes best about eBility is the ability for all our staff (those working on-site and those working remotely) to input their information across all projects that our company handles. All information is funnelled to our coordinators and accountants, who can accurately and succinctly tally hours and bill clients for hours worked. The system automates many previous time-keeping practices and allows our business to operate more smoothly and transparently.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needing to add or remove project codes each week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems we are solving are client hours billing, also keeping track of times in different time-zones for our international workers. Aggregating information for our company to be able to leverage employee time and time management.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is it's GUI and how it can be clearly used to track timesheet

No dislike that I can think of, everything in Time Tracker by eBillity work as intended

I use Time Tracker by eBillity to track my timesheet
Easy to navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the weeks are easy to navigate. You can easily refer to a prior log without too much hassle. I like how everything I log in is automatically saved. So if something happens on my computer, such as it shuts off all of a sudden, I know it's saved already.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like how everything automatically saves, but I would appreciate a redo button. Sometimes I accidentally delete my entries, and then I have to do it all over again. That's my only issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I am solving with TimeTracker is that I can easily save time by referring to prior entries to help me get my work done quicker.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Saving time means saving money, use TimeTracker.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with UI retro compatibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some useful features are hidden in the new version but still useful due to the retro compatibility. The double click on the field opens a pop-up instead of (expected user behavior) selecting the field's text.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Perfect for keeping up the time and sync with the calendar

What do you like best about the product?
I like the weekly layout with daily and weekly summaries that is always visible when entering time. I also like the very intuitive searching tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet found an easy way to duplicate an entry without re-entering all fields. This would be a useful tool for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Tracker enables me to quickly provide monthly accrual estimates to my clients, which was a major problem at my previous firm that used different software. I am also able to easy edit/update time entries when needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, it's simplicity for entering time and categorizing billable hours by client name or project scope.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting function is a little clunky and needs refinement. I primarily use it to dump data into a CSV file and manipulate via spreadsheet, however, the tool should be able to cover most of this with a little bit of thought

Time Tracker - Saves Time and Money
What do you like best about the product?
We really like the ability for our team that is spread across the US to be able to enter their time accurately from any where. This saves everyone so much time. The integration to QuickBooks is seamless and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything we don't like. None of our team has ever complained about Time Tracker at all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can enter time from anywhere at any time. The jobs and customer information flows perfectly from QuickBooks. There is no need for ANY double entry.
The Best Program by Far
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using various billing programs for 30+ years. Time Tracker by eBility is the easiest program I have ever used. First, it is a cloud-based program so it goes with you wherever you are; second, you can download the app onto your phone; and third is very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not one single thing that I dislike about this program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With all of the options available with this program, there is absolutely no excuse whatsoever not to be able to keep your time. The program is so unbelievably easy to learn and use, I just wish that I had known about this earlier. Have I mentioned that the program is very cost effective?
A good fit for our remote work office with good accessibility and ease of use.

Easy to log on to and easy to enter information.

Sometimes loads weird. Have had instances where I don't think it saved my time entries.

Everyone in our remote office can access our billing. Pretty efficient time tracking process.

Straightforward, clear design
What do you like best about the product?
TimeTracker has good usability for an end-user. I'm a part-time consultant, and I bill hours to the consulting firm. The layout and fields to report effort are straightforward. When I need to generate a report of hours (e.g., to pay est. quarterly taxes), it's a fairly simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints. (Bear in mind that I haven't used it as a manager or billing specialist, so my experience is limited.)
