Straightforward, clear design
What do you like best about the product?
TimeTracker has good usability for an end-user. I'm a part-time consultant, and I bill hours to the consulting firm. The layout and fields to report effort are straightforward. When I need to generate a report of hours (e.g., to pay est. quarterly taxes), it's a fairly simple process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no real complaints. (Bear in mind that I haven't used it as a manager or billing specialist, so my experience is limited.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Billing variable hours for different projects/clients

Easy, Quick, and Flexible
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can un-submit my timecard if I notice a mistake without bothering my boss or messing up the system. Also, I love the new reminders on Fridays.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the size of the comment box on the right-hand side when you're finishing an entry. I wish that were bigger.

Track as you go in the week as opposed to waiting until Friday or Monday.
Ebillity works well and is easy to both populate and approve subordinates time

Rare but occasional downtime or lag in saving information

I would also like the time from 8-5 work aside from the billable hours

We are able to track employees productivity by job and the combination of all the jobs

I like being able to copy the last timesheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike accessing Weekly Timesheets, which is my most frequently used feature of eBillity. It should be easier to find, instead it is small and on the side bar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not think we are trying to solve problems with eBillity, but simply are tracking employee time from employees who work a variety of different jobs with different customers and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Time Tracker is quick and easy to use. When logging in my time each day, specific time charges are easy to identify and logging my time is straight forward and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I have to move my cursor to the right side of the screen in order to scroll down to the bottom of the list of time charges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a quick way for our employees to log their time each day. It doesn't cost us too much time each day to log out billable hours correctly.

Keep everything organized & easy to keep up with things that have gone on through the day.

I wish it would autosave everything......

What do you like best about the product?
How specific it can be, and I really like the copy with or without time feature.

Sometimes it doesn't save my entries, but I have figured out ways around that

Because it's so easy to use I dont forget to enter my time for work ever, and I love being able to copy my timesheets it saves me precious time

there are no notes fields - to help billing department see why you did not bill expected hours

I use TT to track my hours per project and subcategory. It helps my company bill under specific budget line items in client bills.
