One of the best time tracking apps Ive used!
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use; it's a simple fill-in-the-blank and straight to the point. This app is not confusing in any way, shape, or form and is one of the most effortless time tracking apps I've ever used for work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of right now. There have been some wonderful updates making this app easier and more efficient to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As well as using my calendar, it really shows an excellent breakdown of how your week looks like and where you can, and cant prioritize your time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Its a new app, with little hoops to jump through, I firmly believe that this is a very quick and easy application to learn.

eBillity allows us to run reports for payroll and client billing

The ability to log in the information efficiently and easily.

The fact that you have to switch to "new" view for the display every time you log in!

The benefits of having to easily insert information for tracking time and the information available on the site/customer service to help guide you.

No acces or limited acces to bulk entry or modification

I can bill the time and spend to read and answer my email

What do you like best about the product?
Apparently it works OK for the management of our company, as we've used Time Tracker for years.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone who needs to record time under a large number of projects, which isn't totally the same each week, I feel forced to use an additional tool to keep track of my time before entering it into eBillity. At least as we are using it, to pick a project you enter not just the number, but three other dropdowns and a checkbox. Tedious. The only concession to someone like me is a "copy the previous week's projects" function, which can only copy projects that had time that week, and can't be used if you've already started entering time. This means it's only feasible to enter time once a week, and I still always have to reconcile after I enter everything: Which projects got missed? Which did I accidentally enter twice?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probably certain software integrations that I don't deal with. It's also not bad at easily querying the past hours spent on projects.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best way to thoroughly keep track of time and document it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could say I dislike is the page itself is spread out too wide and I have to scroll back and forth, but that is being picky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using this program allows me to accurately keep track of time and show proof of documentation for my billing department.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Reporting. Always available.

Can be chunky when adding new lines or entering time for the same customer on multiple days.

Faster and more accurate billing than spreadsheets.

It should some type of warning when entered more than 8 worked hours, just to let the user know that there's a potential mistake.
