Easy and non-time consuming.
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the application is best. In addition, I can track my time spent on individual projects with the time stopwatch tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't too many things I dislike- however, the coloring and format of the application could be more aesthetic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great time tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
easy to select project to charge against.

There is really not much to dislike. However, the navigation takes some getting used to

What do you like best about the product?
The weekly view is helpful in managing my time spent on specific clients and overall since I am paid hourly and have to keep budgets in mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
When pulling reports, only a short amount of the description is shown despite the ability to input more as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have less need to create spreadsheets to track my time elsewhere thanks to the reporting capabilities.
Extremely flexible and accurate platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love the reporting and time grid options. I cannot overstate how useful it is to see time entries by their worker, the customer, or any combination in between. I'd have to use excel for that otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The resync system can be a bit finicky, especially when correcting previously rejected entries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can give our customers time detail unique to their work, especially when dealing with multiple projects under a single corporate banner. It also saves time if I need reports for specific employees or contractors.

I would like the pop-up menus to be larger and easier to read

Ease of tracking time worked on multiple projects at once

What do you like best about the product?
I like how the time updates and saves immediately, the drop downs for each time code, and that it shows the entire pay period at once if I choose
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that each week's same time codes are put into separate rows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving problems of figuring out how much of each time code to use by week and by pay period. I like that I can do time summaries on and off through specific periods and track my productivity that way.

A little awkward to put in varying rates per client.

Not tracking hours accurately as they are worked. Increased revenue and focused my activities.

WHAT A BUSINESS TOOL!
What do you like best about the product?
WE LOVE IT AT UCG, it helps us manage our daily workload by recording the amount of time it takes to complete a task
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it doesn't have a lot of extensions that help or remind us to actually register the hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've been able to monitor other people's tasks and the amount of time it takes to complete them.
The system is efficient and user friendly!
What do you like best about the product?
The program is self-explanatory and easy. No explanation was necessary. The drop-down menus make task selection simple and efficient. The application informs you when you forget to fill in information which is extremely helpful when you accidentally miss something.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the hours within the timesheet comes up with errors so I always have to completely delete the cell and then refill the information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Timetracker allows me to review my timesheets from previous weeks quickly, and having the description box provides for a detailed review of time spent.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Simple and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It feels old in it's visual aesthetics and could be updated to feel more current.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to track time for our clients and projects to accurately bill.
