Does what it needs to - but could use more features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is relatively easy to jot down time for various projects quickly. The table layout is quick to use with a keyboard and mouse. It is also nice that the front page dashboards can give you an at-a-glance view of monthly, weekly breakdown of projects/.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a upload feature for CSV, matching columns. Should be possible, but isn't available. On the flip side it would be nice for the data to export as clean columns too, whereas it comes out with merged columns for totals, which makes analysis in Excel more difficult. Specific to our instance, it is also hard seeing all of the possible projects even though 90% are not ones I am part of. Would like to have some kind of favorited list so that I could manually pare down my options to only what I use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working in an agency, we use Time Tracker to keep track of hours against retainer contracts. This gives us a better idea of how we are tracking over the month and which accounts are being over- or under- utilized.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the weekly reminders that are automatically sent to me to complete my timesheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I copy my last timesheet with time, it copies the comments too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. The app is very user-friendly and straightforward. Efficient use of my time to enter timesheets.

I enjoy the flexibility of being able to fill in my timesheet wherever I am, on a computer or mobile device.

It's hard to think of something! sometimes it can be glitchy but otherwise all good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of timesheet filing, keeping track of things seemlessly and without needing to use any paper is great. It has been easy for my supervisor to approve things without needing to send anything over to them.

Problems on the phone app- sometimes locks up or doesn't send over same info to Quickbooks.

Ease of access and easy system to work. Very functional.

The only part I dislike is the time it takes to load the reports requested.

Benefits have been the ability to quickly and easily submit my time for my employer.

Sometimes the system gets very slow when you are pulling Data. Especially when you have extensive data, and you want to get it to download in excel format.
Time Tracker severs can be increased inorder for us to get a better download experience.
Data view format can be changed little bit to look more cleaner.

This tracker helps me to monitor all the time for employees along with their sites, location, and other details.
Even my companies HR is using this for tracking the time for employees.
Every Month i download bulk data from the time tracker system for evaluating my other set of data. I am able to extract alot of data. lot of filters are vailable to get the data i need for performing my job.

It is a good Software. You will be able to track all the time very easily. You can also link it with other software to make it more user friendly.

25% of the time staff report they saved their time and then its missing. No OT report feature.

What do you like best about the product?
This software allows everyone in our company to keep track of the time spent on each project. The foreman can easily enter their crew's time in the field on their tablets and project managers and office staff can enter their time on their desktop computers in the office.

I have not experienced any issues or errors.

Very user friendly, easily and quickly enter time, review employees timecards to process payroll and summarize time spent on each project.
