Works well but there are some features it is lacking
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to close timers and have it still keep track of where I left off.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I hit the timer button and it doesn't start so I think it's running when it's not. The interface is also a little bland.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy for me to submit timesheets for work. I was using Clockify and then just entering it into eBillity but eBillity has helped me save some time keeping track of client work.

OK but needs work
What do you like best about the product?
The PC app is user friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is difficult to read the information. The two apps do not update with each other. If entered in the PC app, it does not update in the mobile app.

Tracking labor catagories

it keeps an accurate time which helps me calculate the hours I'm working on instead of me doing it in my head.
Ebility - Great for Tracking Time
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful is the ability to add multiple categories for time tracking along with jobs. The reports is the best feature to keep track daily, weekly or monthly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their website is down often and has server errors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized the benefits of easily keeping track of employees' time and doing time reports for each job efficiently and quickly.
Not bad, improvements have made it better
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add notes on each daily entry, a feature added awhile back, is a vast improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not having the ability to add recent project numbers once a time card is started (only able to do this by copying previous time card when it's blank)

Tracking time and tasks has been made much easier by the daily note entry.
An excellent solution for law firms of any size
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that I can track my time and render invoices from anywhere. It gives me the flexibility to scale up as my business grows and I add employees. The cost of Time Tracker is also fair and reasonable - which is very important to my business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, in my opinion, is that for those looking for a solution that is connected to a full practice management suite, this might not serve that need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Tracker allows me to track time on the go, and helps solve the problem of un-tracked/un-billed time. Time Tracker has allowed me to capture more billable time.
Best Time Tracking App!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to switch between times and I think the new layout is very user friendly. The APP is also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish if I started a timer while one was already running it would pause the old one. I wish there was a way to track mileage along with your time so it can all be in one place.

The App let's me submit or update my timesheet from anywhere

I am not having any problems with TimeTraker. Benefits are ability to enter hours anywhere remotely.
A Simple and Helpful Tool for Billing
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful about Time Tracker by eBillity is that it is super easy to use but also includes all of the features for organizing and planning billing times within the company. I love that I can see how much time I have spent in my week on different projects which helps me organize my week better! To track my hours, it only takes a few clicks because the program saves each project, and I never have to fill it in again.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Time Tracker by eBillity is that there is a small issue where every once in a while the line I create to document my time duplicates itself and separates the time I spent on the week into two categories. I'm not sure why this has not been fixed yet, but hope they resolve the issue soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I'm solving with Time Tracker by eBillity is the problem of not having an easy and efficient way to track the hours I work on different projects. I am able to track my time and bill clients accordingly. I have realized that being able to visually see the amount of time I have spent on each project throughout the week really helps me to see where I need to spend more or less time and then I am able to plan out my next week accordingly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an easy and efficient program to help you organize and bill out your time to different projects or clients then I would highly suggest Time Tracker by eBillity. This program has been a great addition to my office's day to day routine. Everyone in our office uses it and it works well!

I like that time tracker allows me to keep a good account of my time and I can do reports.

Nothing; I love every feature to be honest. It is a great and user friendly system.

I am able to enter time when convenient and keep track of my payments in a condensed system.
