OK, for what it does.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the pull-down menus for jobs and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are hours when it is glitchy, when entries don't save.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a way to enter time in increments, which is useful.

I love the eBillity application very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that eBillity gives me options to add, edit, save and cancel my entries. If, by chance, I submit my entries, it allows me to cancel my submission and redo it.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about this application. I find it very easy to use and get my things done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Time Tracker, I have saved time in manually entering the hours I used for working on one project. Since I work on multiple projects each day, tracking time has become very easy.

Easy to use and to check reports and client information.
What do you dislike about the product?
Opens up a new browser window to enter a time entry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems. Makes it easy to put my time in as I work and to run reports.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to copy the prior week's time entry is very helpful - especially when my projects run a long time, and the time on them rarely changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I make a mistake (on the week I enter time in for example), I am unable to rectify it. I have to send the data into our team and have them fix it. I am not sure if this is a setting that our company can control or not - it has always been that way, even when I request access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a great tool to bucket my hours by project. Very beneficial when working on multiple customer projects, and you can see your time by the week & day. Report options are nice also.
Time Tracker - Simplistic and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The simple layout and design of the time sheet pages.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional long login times or slow loading pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it allows for job hour tracking quite easily.

Being able to copy last weeks timesheet without the hours

When I have added a description to a task, then if I have to change a service item, I lose the description
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
eliminates keeping track of time elsewhere. I keep it open throughout the day and add as I go along and it seems to work well

What do you like best about the product?
The time tracking page is very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The rest of the site is not intuitive. Very often I want to quickly find out how much a client has been billed or will be billed overall. I find that it is several steps to get that answer and I have to search around for it.

I am able to keep my billing entered on a regular basis.

Ebillity is very user friends and makes it easy to input time efficiently.

I have noticed that ebillity works differently on difference webpages (internet explorer, mozilla, etc)

I am eliminating my failure to input time for clients because ebillity makes it so easy to do so. I get more accurate time keeping as a result.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is worth purchasing for your business. It makes invoices look more professional and is easy for everyone to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that your can copy your last sheet from the previous week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is tough to delete the notes from the previous week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me from filling out a physical timesheet for each week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product will do the job but doesn't have all the bells and whistles from a user standpoint.
