Solid but sometimes irritating
What do you like best about the product?
I like that your can copy your last sheet from the previous week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that it is tough to delete the notes from the previous week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps me from filling out a physical timesheet for each week.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This product will do the job but doesn't have all the bells and whistles from a user standpoint.

Its easy to use and very intuitive in its fucntion

The look of the whole page is kind of lackluster and i would want certain events to be repetive

Managing my time is more accessible . Shows what I have focused on in a week well

I work at a production company, our hours vary. It's nice to have control of putting in your hours.

It's tough to navigate on a mobile device

Being able to put overtime in easily.
eBillity has been very easy to use and to track time. I have had very few issues with it.

It has been very simple to use and stable.

It doesn't have multiple names for clients.

We just use it for time tracking and historical reporting. Both have worked perfectly.

It's a good tool for time tracking and historical reporting.
Time tracker is the most convenient way to keep track of your time spent on projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the app that allows me to track my time while I'm away from the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I the only negative thing I have is that it's taking some time to get use to the new update.

Accurate time charges for time sensitive projects.

It's a great software for time management purposes.

Ability to track specific tasks within customers and add notes

On the interface it is not obvious where to begin entering timesheet data. You have to click a couple times to get to the right screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy exports for billing/invoicing. Allows me to see detailed records of where time is spent.

What do you like best about the product?
Time Tracker/ eBility is super easy to use! We keep track of our time and can send invoices to clients in a way that they can see exactly what we did and how long it took us to complete that task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes TimeTracker goes down ,or offline, and we have to write down our time to keep track until it comes back up, but otherwise I have no complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are keeping track of what we are working on for each client and how long it took us to complete each task. Some team members especially love the timer feature. They start the timer when beginning a task and end it when they've completed the task. Then they have a precise number.
Easy to copy repeating events
What do you like best about the product?
I like how the system makes it really easy to copy previous time sheets with or WITHOUT the time. I have several standing meetings, and they sometimes vary in length, this makes it easy to at least start with a template.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike having to select myself as the person entering the time. I wish this could be prepopulated, as I don't enter time for other employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to automate some of the data entry and keep the process occupying a limited time each week.

Too many notifications and I cannot use all the functions

Keeping track of my work load allows me to focus on solutions.
