Helpful with Tracking Hours
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use/user-friendly. Dependable...website is rarely ever down
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't allow notes under each submission. The app for your phone is awful. You can't manage your weekly timesheet with ease, and it's not user-friendly.

The auto-saving function is great. It's fairly easy to use, and the interface looks clean.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new layout puts options in a nested navigation bar that is slightly annoying to quickly select because the options are all crammed together in a vertical stack. The original version was a horizontal layout, so it was more accessible to choose an option quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's a great way to track my work time and compare the hours posted on my pay stubs with the hours I have logged.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Of the time trackers I have used, eBillity has been the cleanest and fastest. The only time it was slow was during work logging rush hours (around 5 pm), and the portal was updating to the new web interface.
Make list of all jobs easier to find, especially ones that are used the most often

Everything is stored and easy to find, easy to adjust

I would prefer an option to have the most recent jobs available for the following week

Keeping track of all daily jobs
We really enjoy using Time Tracker in our office and find it easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put the timer on and off so that I can account for my time and not the interruptions. Also that I can have multiple timers going for different jobs at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I pause the timer, a box pops up that asks if I want to stay or leave. That box is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that I have an easy and simple way to have my timesheet and that it feeds right into quickbooks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It has been quite a smooth system for us, we have not had any problems.

Love how easy the user interface is when I submit my hours every week. It takes no time at all and was easy to learn and continue to use every week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! If there was anything to improve, sometimes the automatic sizing of the line items is wonky, but still easy to figure out!

We use time tracker for our small team to input our hourly work into. It streamlines our process.

Easy to enter information and it is saved immediately. Easy to correct mistakes

It would be nice if it had drop-down menus for the description section with possible entries based on previous entries as I often have multiple entries for the same person.

I really like how easy it is to use.
User Friendly - Adaptable
What do you like best about the product?
That I can keep time tracker open in a browser during my work day and add time as I complete tasks, preventing me from logging in and out all the time.

Maybe more space in the descriptions when logging time would be nice

I love the reports and being able to check time on specific projects with certain employees
