What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to enter information and track the time you spend on each step of a process
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the site is slower than usual, which makes working difficult
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can accurately time each step of a process with ease, and you're able to easily see what is done and how long it took to complete.

Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and fluid interface. Great for keeping track of schedules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Site can be a little slow at times to load pages.

Keeping track of which companies I do work for.

The ability to see each of my employees clock in times and where they were when they clocked in

Creating the schedule is a little tedious. I wish you could have a copy and paste option to have duplicate times

Manual payroll. Everything goes right over to quick books. So much time saved and errors eliminated
Easy to use, and "create report" is a nice feature.
What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly and the "copy timesheet, without time" is very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how you have to uncheck "billable" before you enter the hours if you leave the task blank. The pop up is annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to align my expected future hours better, since I am able to review past reports and make more educated guesses.

I don't have any advice. It works well for me.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to sort my hours by the job. I am able to download a report at any time to help better understand where I'm spending my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the hours are submitted and accepted, it is not easy to go back and correct something.

Time Tracker helps me better understand which projects are taking most of my time and track my vacation and personal hours.
eBillity is one of the easiest time-tracking services I have used

Ease of use, easy to enter hours, and keep track of work done

Nothing I dislike about eBillity, straightforward to use

eBillity helps me to track my exact hours worked and helps keep track of the specifics of those hours worked
User Friendly and Straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to track time to multiple projects. Complex operation in a simple design.
What do you dislike about the product?
The recent update made it a little harder to find certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to send invoices to clients. It's helpful to see how much time went into each client and their specific projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Only takes a few seconds each week.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can not say there is anything i dislike about Time Tracker except better search options would be great when logging Departments and what you were doing during that time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Benefits are employee tracking of vacation and personal/sick time.
Easy to use Time Tracker
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to find the project that needs to be billed by typing in the keyword or number for the project. You can also easily generate reports of all hours billed to a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have trouble changing the size of columns

I am using it for timesheet entry and find it really easy to use.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Time Tracker is that it's so easy and intuitive to use. You just create a new timesheet, enter your tasks and hours, and then click submit. You can even copy your previous timesheet from the week prior if your schedule doesn't typically change much. I love that feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any dislikes about Time Tracker at this time. It does an excellent job for exactly what I need it to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Tracker helps us track our hours for each project so that we can see the profit we're making based on staff time.
