Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the timer feature.makes it easy to track my time spent on each job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app is not as easy to use with multiple jobs. Interface is a bit hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurately keeping track of time spent on each specific job.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's great if you work on multiple jobs each day

Really great for keeping track of time
What do you like best about the product?
It is incredibly intutitive. Many services are too complicated to get people to actively keep track of their time, and this one does not. I can also review my time easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far it's really helpful, and I have nothing to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tracking my time for my clients to make sure I keep accurate billable hours.
Time tracker is not intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I guess the program tracks as it should and delivers on the purpose.. also the calendar integration is an improvement

The amount of thought that goes into using it

It is not effortless. It takes considerable time to track your time.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use - even with updates, it's very straightforward for our purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much that I dislike. Maybe just the structure of the employee names.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps track of our Audit times. We have an accurate accounting of the time spent on each project, so billing is easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the convenience and the tracking abilities!!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to copy and paste from Excel a little simpler

Since we track our projects by the quarter hour, eBility has helped make sure we are billing our clients accordingly.
Dependable and Simple
What do you like best about the product?
Does the job, allows us to break down tasks to easily track our billing and projects. Never had an issue with it being down or anything

Not the most user friendly relative to other services - but this is digging for a problem,
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to visualize how much time we are spending with certain clients has been insightful
Easy Experience Logging Hours
What do you like best about the product?
I am able to easily save my work hours and allow for manager approval. I can also track my daily work so when I write my performance review it is mostly copy & paste.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software can sometimes be un-user intuitive. Maybe a ~15 min tutorial function would be helpful to learn how to properly use the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We keep track of employee time cards and the respective projects being work on throughout a workday. This has helped our project management organization within the company.
Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
The program is straightforward to use as an employee as well as an employer. As the employer, you can pull reports for jobs and employees, even for past years. It is as simple as entering your hours per day, writing a description if you'd like, submitting, and wait for your manager to approve.
What do you dislike about the product?
There can be issues syncing Time Tracker to QuickBooks. Times need to be reviewed once they are in QuickBooks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of having employees inputting their hours from various locations. Managers can approve from whereever they are at, and there is no need for physical punch cards.
Basic User Experience
What do you like best about the product?
It tracks my time simply and is consistent.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface seems outdated. There are a lot of features that aren't clear or go unused, possibly redundant. The viewing screen for the week overview always requires me to use the lower bar to navigate side to side, which can be frustrating to go back and forth to see the description view. I don't like that it takes me to a different tab to login instead of just moving forward within the same tab. I also feel limited as wanting to go back and request changes to past timesheets or to add/edit categories in the fields I'm tracking my time in - I have to go to a supervisor to add a field. It's a basic setup that works for what it needs to - which is simply tracking time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realizing that there should be more categories within the organization.

Simplify features, combine them, or remove them
It is a great system, could be improved with more drill down capabilities and more project deteils

It could have a subprojects area and should integrate budget vs actuals
