This service works well for working remotely.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can submit hours as often as I want/need to.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I can't go back and see the past weekly logs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to submit my hours whenever/wherever I want. This makes it more convenient and more likely for me to submit them in a timely manner.

Easy to understand and fun to use!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Its simplicity. It was easy to understand how the software worked and very straightforward so that anyone could learn and grasp it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the software wouldn't update properly.

Uses in the office to track work hours.

Features that cannot be removed that do not serve quick books integration

Ease of copying prior weeks, saves inputs automatically

Nothing comes to mind. I like the platform and how accessible it is.

I am not having any problems at the moment. The copying of previous weeks really saves me time in having to reinput projects each week.
Time Tracker makes time work
What do you like best about the product?
Constant availability, ease of use. Sorting and navigation work well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Allow macros to auto-update payroll items based on service item selections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time tracker helps our company to make sure all our projects are costed appropriately and to locate any anomalies quickly.

It does the job, which is all you can ask for in this day and age.

This software is very simple & easy to use.

The Time Tracker looks slightly outdated.

It is very easy to submit the hours worked for a virtual internship.
Useful software but needs a few improvements
What do you like best about the product?
The timer function is very useful, and I like that I can have multiple timers up at once to switch easily between tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website often freezes and needs to be refreshed. Sometimes the timers don't update with the information I've entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've struggled in the past to accurately capture time. The timer function makes it easy to go between tasks without losing track of how much time I've spent on each item.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Time Tracker is easy to install and utilize with very little or no training. We are busy and don't have time to sit through hours of videos and training documentation. Because of the navigation, Time Tracker is intuitive and takes just a few minutes to accurately and effectively enter time. Also a benefit, if there is an error, it is very simple to correct.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't encountered a downside, Time Tracker is a far easier tool to use than other, big name tools I have used in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of use, ability to use the Time Tracker tool without hours of training have all benefitted me in getting back to work rather than spending more time on entering time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Other systems become too complicated over time, it is better to set up a simple system that users can easily understand in order to ensure that the tool will actually be used.

One of the best benefits is getting to see who put in the most time on a project to see where to improve.

You have to back date payments so it accurately is deducted from the trust.
