What do you like best about the product?
Web-based and easy to use. Loads fast and is intuittive.
What do you dislike about the product?
No templates for saving time entries for multiple uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time entry and billing are easy to track and analyze.

Easy To Use & Track Your Time
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can copy previous entries
What do you dislike about the product?
So many drop-down menus, time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm on a lot of projects, so it's nice the way that it lays out all of my projects in an easy-to-find way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
By far better than Deltek and other software I've used. Streamlined, just jump in and try it.
It is easy to use. But would be nice to update via Monday.com tasks
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to copy timecards from the previous week.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be tedious to enter all time. It would be nice to be able to import date from monday.com.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Tracker helps me keep track of my time and helps me get my time into HR. It's a great organizational tool.
Totally fine, but could be easier to enter hours
What do you like best about the product?
I like that e billity has a timer for keeping track of hours and that it makes it really easy to track hours across cases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I enter my hours for a week at the beginning of the next week. It's not always clear to me which week I'm entering hours in for and sometimes I'll accidentally put in hours for the wrong week
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to keep track of my hours real time because of the stop watch feature

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can view your time at different scopes - both at a daily level and at the weekly level. It's really useful when you are working on a task that spans multiple days to be able to use the weekly view, but the daily view is also great for tasks you're just focusing on for the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
One downside is that sometimes when you have a lot of tasks that have accumulated throughout the week, it can be overwhelming to look at from the weekly level. But, it's really helpful how the tracker will automatically sort alphabetically by client, so it helps mitigate that overwhelming aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time Tracker helps me keep contemporaneous records of all work I'm doing on behalf of my clients. Ultimately, it allows me to more effectively allocate my time since I'm able to reflect on past tasks to be more efficient for future tasks.

making tasks easier to view would be nice.

Keeping up with my daily tasks, I like to do it in 15 min intervals.

I like that everything is easy and in one place. I love the drop-down menu. It works great.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when you input an itemized description but not input time and leave the page, it will delete the line you entered, and you have to start again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Record keeping itemized billing for business needs.

It is a great asset. I would highly recommend it.

There are a few clunky aspects - it can be hard to see full descriptions of line items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to track my time, and this makes it pretty easy to do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can copy and modify from my previous week's timecards! It makes it so much easier not to have to repeat things over and over every week! Very simple to use and the ability to make notes is great for when I need to be more specific about a particular item!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish it was easier to go back and forth between notes and the time item.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Copying from previous week items is such a time saver!
