Easy To Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, which I like. We need to submit our time every week, so a time tracking tool that is simple and clear is essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more customization options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us solve how we can track everyone in our organization's time in 15 minute increments across a 40-hour work week, and then track that time back to specific projects.

Great Time-Tracking Software!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and easy to see my prior entries. Easily the best system I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little - I find that it works smoothly, and I rarely have problems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The obvious one is being able to accurately track my time.

Ease of use on classic view. Can enter descriptions easily

I do not like the new view, its difficult to add the descriptions

We were running into issues with Quickbooks Desktop multi user entering time. This helps alleviate those issues.

The difficulty in modifying submitted entries.

Easy to note time taken to perform tasks and track them
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to choose category and time consuming to enter information. Sometimes times doesn't save hours properly. UI looks somewhat antequated.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. Easy to submit hours and bill different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Visually difficult to visually scan and view all drop downs.

I am billing multiple schools for OT services. I have realized a benefit to be the tracking of both hours and data across multiple sites to bill
It is overall user friendly, but can sometime be confusing

I like how it breaks down each entity that I have to bill towards, as I work for 3 separate components at my current job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app version is a bit confusing and not as user friendly as it is online.

Easy to use to keep up with time billed.
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to keep up with the amount of time you are billing to a specific project or client. It helps us know where time is spent in these particular accounts, which can help us decide who should work where when deligating tasks in our client's accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike is that you can't have more than one timer running at a time, which makes sense, but it is just a tiny pet peeve of mine. Other than that, it is super easy to use and makes keeping track of billable time so easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At ROI, we use Time Tracker to keep up with our billed time for each client. Time Tracker helps us know what is being worked on and accomplished. It also gives us an idea of which projects take the longest and might need more than a few people working on them. It has helped me be able to see where I am efficient and adust when required.
Great For Time-Tracking But Not Intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in logging in and tracking time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a while to learn the program and, even after I did, I still find myself clicking the wrong links to fill out my timesheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm keeping track of my time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great for time-tracking once you get the hang of it but not super intuitive at first. UI could also use some help.
