i wish to have more secure stuff to do not lose entry like a back up; autosave should be on autiomitaly

What do you like best about the product?
The system is laid out well and user-oriented.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems to be overwhelmed by the quantity of our matters and invoices. It's slow and unresponsive. The tech team does updates and doesn't account for all the bugs, so it's often having some small issue or other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The system allows us to invoice millions of dollars to our clients each year.
TimeTracker Useful for Project Timekeeping
What do you like best about the product?
The system allows me to breakdown and justify all my time pretty quickly, while helping to minimize the amount of tedium required to enter that time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Timetracker doesn't allow for specifying the timeframes worked, which means we need to use another system to track that as California workers.

TimeTracker makes it easy to track hours on our projects.

I love that I can add events to my calendar events and it adds it directly to ebillity if I need it to.

Flexible time keeping software for small and medium sized org
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of implementation is amazing. Other softwares requires expensive hardwares. The app and software integration is seamless. With the cost of merely $24 per user per month when paid yearly, it saves so much time. I love the vacation feature as well as the holidays. Usually this had to be done manually but with ebility it is easy to maintain.
What do you dislike about the product?
At $24 per user there is nothing to dislike. It is one of the best out there. Kronos which is another enterprise time keeping software costs an arm and a leg to implement. But Ebility focus on maintainability and usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving cost in time management and personnel management.

When using TimeTracker focus on the number of people that need actually need access because licensing is by user.

The online time tracking and the smartphone ap are easy to use. Reviewing and approving timesheets is easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is not a place to sign and date the approved timesheet that is compliant with a WSDOT standards.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how it represents hours graphically, rather than a single number. This allows me to gauge my relative work hours over the course of months. This is useful, as it allows me to understand how the time investing with each student correlates with their performance on exams, quizzes, and homeworks. I've used this in real time to solve the problems of student management. It also allows me to see, on a monthly scale, if I'm investing too much time in one student compared to others. The graphical representation gives me a very quick visual way of assessing the divvying of my time within the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how entering hours requires more than three steps, the previous service we used was a lot more user-friendly in that regard. however, I understand that this is for precision in time logging. Sometimes when I'm entering information for a student, I get lost in the various drop-down menus that require me to specify the individual nuances between teaching sessions. That can be a bit cumbersome when dealing with a large quantity of students at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the problems of knowing how often I've worked per week over the span of a few months. This makes it much easier to track. As mentioned earlier, I use this ability to gauge whether or not my students require more focused or less focused instruction, relative to the restraints in their schedules and in my schedule. It also allows for me to quickly access monthly investment of time for each student, so I can make reports to parents and other relevant parties. The benefits of using this graphical representation allow me to better understand my investment of time with students over the long-term, and allows me to make these critical changes in real time for the benefit of individual students, and my group of students as a whole.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend using this software if you would like a very detailed log of your employers. This allows you to enter the specific times that jobs are completed, as well as the specific details regarding the employee oh, and the client. I just made it very organized for me to know how much I've worked over the course of weeks, months, and years.
