It is easy to go in and adjust your hours and update and save them. It is a very reliable system

Sometimes the AM and PM autofill is semi illogical and can be annoying.

It solves keeping track of hours and holding employees accountable for their work.
Time Tracker is the best software for tracking time of employees and imroving productivity.
What do you like best about the product?
It provide screenshots at regular intervals so that you can see what your employees are doing.
It helps to increase productivity this way. You can also see which task is taking how much time so from the next time while palnning similar task you can consider that.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pop-up that comes for time-tracker is kind of disturbing when employee is doing work.
I have not seen any other fault in Time-tracker.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using time-tracker to record time spent by employees on each task. You can easily record how much time an employee is taking to complete a particular task , not doing anything which is not related to work.Basically , it helps to track the work and increase productivity.

Try this to improve productivity and record time for each task.You can easily check what employees are doing and not wasting time.

It was nice to see the analytics of different amount of times for different works.

The app itself was very good but it was difficult to get a consistent input from users.

Easy time entry consistent with QuickBooks internal time tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes a different customer gets the time than what the technician originally entered. It is rare but it happens to us 2 or 3 times per year. Also the web interface for approval has had a bug for a long time when clicking into the date range boxes, it closes the entire area just because you clicked inside of one of the date boxes. Super annoying, and it is just lazy of them not to notice or fix a problem that has been there for 18+ months.

Easier time collection due to app amd web interface instead of direct entry into QuickBooks.

What do you like best about the product?
Time tracker allows me to keep my time sheets organized by projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot submit time tracker if I have worked less than a particular number of hours in the week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping organized allows me to allocate time on various projects. I can easily recognize if I need to allocate more/less time to a particular project

Be consistent and regular in filling time sheets to maximize use of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can access time tracker from my app or my PC. I used to use Clio and this program beats Clio hands down.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support was very unprofessional. I chatted in once for help and the rep did not punctuate at all and also told me to "wait" when I asked a question.

Can keep a running time clock and can work on more than one matter at a time.

Utilize the training videos so that you get full use of the products.

There are frequent bugs that take a while to resolve and with no adjustment to the cost.

That it is a web-based program and therefore can be accessed from multiple computers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The program is at times very hostile - sometimes timesheets are not saved correctly. Sometimes the aspect ratio is tuck and the page cannot be viewed as intended.
