What do you like best about the product?
Cost-effective, easy to sync with Quickbooks
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is cumbersome and hard to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one has to enter all the employee's timesheets; they do it themselves. This more accurately gets the information entered.

I don't have any dislikes. Sometimes though getting support is time consuming.

How much time it takes to track my time.

Try it for a month or two and you won't look back.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it has an app and everyone is able to record their hours from anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if we could add a text box/electronic signature to the reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great way to keep track of how much time we spend on each particular program. I love how we are able to customize service items depending on customer (or in our case, program).

Have to always enter the service item because it doesnt have a default

What do you like best about the product?
Simple time logging system. Ability to edit times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not intuitive user interface, clunky connection and pages. The website looks like it's from the early 2000s.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's old and slow. I'm not sure it has more benefits than other loggers.

It is asy to enter time worked on each project on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot copy projects, time worked, and description from one pay period to another. Constantly putting time on the current week and then realizing that it should be entered on the previous week.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to track the number of hours spent on each project.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of filling timesheets and sharing with clients for easy billing
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention as I don't see any thing that hurting me currently

Tracking time and exporting is very easy.
Saves time to create and share the timesheet with the client for billing.

What do you like best about the product?
It is relatively easy to use, and you can pull reports and hours by an employee to track that way.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is pretty slow and can be finicky, so if you enter one thing incorrectly or don't fill one thing out, it messes the process up. It also isn't super engaging looking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of billing clients at an hourly rate. This platform allows you to fo that and that is a major benefit that has been realized by our company.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of time spent project by project and upload that information easily into QuickBooks
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a tad wonky sometimes when putting information into the time card
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track time for billing purposes by the client and by multiple jobs; Time Tracker allows us to do that easily. We can then import that information into QuickBooks from invoicing.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Time Tracker is a convenient product for tracking time by client AND by the project. We have looked at other products, but it always seemed like there was one aspect or another that didn't meet our needs. Time Tracker meets our needs entirely without additional add-ons. We can easily integrate the information into QuickBooks to streamline our invoicing process, the primary feature we were looking for in time tracking software. And while we don't integrate it into our payroll provider's software, I believe you can do this as well. Overall, the ability to enter time, project numbers, and a description of what happened has been great.
