Work timesheets
What do you like best about the product?
It is very user-friendly and well organized
What do you dislike about the product?
There have, on occasion, been times where timesheets didn't save properly. It may have been a glitch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Time Tracker to log my work hours and submit my timesheet.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend more time early on reading about all of the additional benefits to optimize usage of the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The phone application makes it easy to access your timecard and paystub history.
What do you dislike about the product?
How many times I must enter my password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to see where my money is coming from and where my money is going through easy access of the pie chart.

What do you like best about the product?
App does not have any performance issue. No lags.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ui and missing very basic features eg
1) Copy entries to all business day.
2) Monthly view to see your monthly stats
3) Reminder to fill timesheets
Most of the time I end up overriding exsting timesheet and submitted them, need to warn users also some stat ui before submitting.
Note: Im mostly using the android app.

Time calculations for work week
Logging my time is quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The simple user interface. It also keeps track so you can access history for proposals on ther jobs.
What do you dislike about the product?
IT would be nice if it would track accrued Sick and Vacation time.

Beyond the Best
What do you like best about the product?
I have been in practice for over 50 years and have used many billing systems. This is the easiest and most comprehensive
system that I have ever used. It is cloud-based which is a plus as anybody can use it anywhere. First time I have had a
cloud-based billing program. There is essentially no learning curve - it is that user friendly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this for a while now, and I have not found anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my paralegal is not available, I can find what I need myself - that is a huge plus in itself. The fact that it goes where I go is such a plus. I have always had a desktop version which, if I am not in the office, I had no way of accessing. Time Tracker has changed all that.
Overall Pretty Useful
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty straightforward and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Strange bugs that make reading reports a little frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very easy for people to track their time while on the go or with multiple clients. No confusion between which hours for what client etc...
Unproductive and Inefficient for what we do
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a mobile app and I can submit my hours on the phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have tried to use all versions of Time Trackers integrations with Outlook, and they never seem to work. I have even opened up a ticket, but their support was lackluster. I have specific timeslots that I fill out each week. It would be great if I could set those to reoccur or if this actually connected with my outlook calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I track how many hours I am spending each week doing certain aspects of my job. My day is scheduled out from the start to the end and I need to be able to report my work.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Super convenient, no-hassle timesheets. Incredibly user-friendly!
What do you dislike about the product?
The name is not catchy to easily remember. I have to look it up each time. Other than, its great!

It's swift and hassle-free. Love the ease and user friendly for anyone.

Quick and easy
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to complete and submit. Able to save the submission to a file.
What do you dislike about the product?
No able to submit time with zero hours. Some weeks there are no hours for billing purposes. It would be good to be able to send zero hours for the week. Otherwise, it is unclear whether one forgot to submit hours.

I need to send an email separately if no hours billed.
