Works well for its purpose
What do you like best about the product?
The UI and the ease of integrating into quickbooks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The new UI isn't quite as good as the old one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can keep track of billable hours and where exactly they need to be assigned to.

Decent Time Tracker with a Few Glitches
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to list out what you did for each day and what exactly you're charging for.
What do you dislike about the product?
The entire system lags constantly and syncing between the web version and mobile app isn't flawless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Time Tracker for a client of mine and use a separate tracking program for my own needs. Time Tracker gets the job done, just without the extra bells and whistles.
Frustratingly useless.
What do you like best about the product?
I do not like anything about this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface has changed multiple times over the years we've used this software, but there has never been a single change that positively impacted the way we work. We constantly run into lag and refresh issues, and generally have to close out and reopen to do simple tasks such as logging time. I'm not sure if it's just the way we use it (which is SUPER basic) and it's just us or what.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The only problem we've solved is tracking the number of hours we coach clients as a team each week, but even the automatic reporting is clunky.
Time tracker is a time saver
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which to log in and input my time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system is down so it will not work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps for billing because you can see what jobs people are putting time to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The best system I have ever used for keeping time.
I have never had an issue with timetracker. Simple and quick to maneuver.

Easy access. There are so many great upsides to using Time Tracker.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. It is a great system. No downsides.

Time Tracker helps payroll and hours worked logged.

What do you like best about the product?
Very user-friendly and accessible, I can use it on any of my devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are times where I wish that I could print my timesheet out in a more orderly fashion, especially when I have a lot of items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily turn in my time to my manager for approval before HR sees it, which is nice.

What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard that captures the summary of the hours submitted

The popup box is not able to adjust when i try to click on the date of my time entry submission
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient time tracking. The benefits realized is that i am able to track my time easily and review the time recorded.

We're a small company, and Time Tracker fits our needs. Simple to use, and simple to train our staff to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more options to resize the fields. It's sometimes tricky when using a laptop.

Saves time when processing payroll.

Easy to use even for a first timer.

The navigation is straightforward. It take little time to enter the hours worked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want the ability to go directly to the "hours input" screen.

Time Tracker is a simple way to input my time. It takes little effort to complete the input page and also print (or save) a copy for reference.

Take some time to navigate all the pages so that you have a good understanding of the software.
